@@SpectrumGeeks Do you know if you do hard wire the power to the siren does the quick release battery get charged?
@@petershores I am afraid I don't know for sure as not tried it, however I would imagine it would.
Its so ugly to put on the side of the house. They should make a more understated model.
It could certainly be nicer, but I feel all external siren boxes are not the most beautiful of products.
They have things in other countries that America doesn't have?!?! That's discrimination and a violation of my entitlement!
I think I recall this not being available in the USA due to Ring arguments with AT&T and the fact this looks like AT&T's.
Functional, simple system that just works great for a great price but their keypad and this massive baby blue siren look like plastic toys... absolutely aesthetically horrendous design save for the actual hub. Should hire a whole new design crew to make these look a little more "serious". I can't believe you are worried about a sleek black solar panel on your house when your already hanging this abomination lol. In for a penny in for a pound as they say? ;)
While I do agree Bill that they design aesthetic could be better. I think most alarm box / sirens look pants, so this fits in well with that theme :)
Have you seen the rest of the outdoor siren boxes in the U.K.? This looks way better
Had mine installed for 2 weeks so far running D-Cells and quick release battery (with dusk till dawn off) and so far both are on 100%.
Great video!
Same ... fingers crossed it continues :)
