Eliza + William | "Meant to be together" [Season 3]

THAT 'FAKE' PROPOSAL SCENE and later when he said "I'll keep that in mind." YES WILLIAM YOU DO THAT!
Not gunna lie, I had built up season 3 in my head so much that I was a little let down due to that. This is turning out to be a very long slow burn.
As I I said on Twitter:
Look if we're not getting a kiss soon who do I need to harass for a flashback to young Eliza and William "chaste" kiss eh? I mean if it was brought into their arguments enough we need to see it for the arguments sake if it chaste?
I feel like this season they needed William to see that whether it's casual or a relationship Eliza will always be number one.
Eliza this season needed to see that William isn't going to wait forever and he is now looking to settle down not just biding his time.
