    I am doing it from last 15 days I have thyroid yet I loosed 3 kg in 15 days. If one girl with thyroid can loose weight then everyone can loose . All the best

      @@invincible7485 It can. It depends on your weight, the heavier you are the more calories a workout will burn then for someone of a lower weight. It also depends on your intensity. So it definitely can burn 500 calories.

    My weight was 70.5 kg on 21 december 2020 I am doing this zumba regulary and eating normal homemade foods and sometimes fast food also yet I lost 8.5 kg in 2 months now my weight is 62 kg and my aim is 55 kg so guys dont loose hope do it this really works
    Now my weight is 58 kg

    I am 71 and didn’t have a weight issue but this gives me so much energy. I love and have shared with my kids and grandkids. Great stress reliever too

    For all those who are searching comments to know whether it works or not, the answer is yes. I have started doing this workout since 5 days and I got results my belly is getting thinner day by day... I dono abt kgs but there is result. Will update once I get checked with kgs.     I loved this workout! Thanx! It was dynamic and I enjoyed the music from start to finish. TIP: Girls if u happen to get side cramps just breathe deeply through them and they will be manageable. Keep ur stomach contracted the whole time & you will be less likely to get cramps plus u will achieve better results. Hope this helps 💙

    Did this , this morning and I honestly didn't think it would have much effect not like the hitt workouts I normally do but my goodness ! I am 5ft 7in tall and weigh 9st 11lb and according to my Fitbit I burned 403 cals and my heart rate was at peak for 21 mins usually I'll peak for 5 mins, the rest was cardio with about 5 mins fat burn! Really good workout if anyone's In doubt like I was.

      @@jadefng 250 isn't bad ! :) We all burn cals differently depending on size , height etc also how much effort is put into the workout also I try not to reply to much on the smart watches estimate I think so long has you feel you have had a good workout that's all that matters. :)

    i can only do for 30mins... feel the fully thermal energy energy in my body..
    my body started to feel some pain if I continuous to workout..
    but i will never stop it by the way.. as do it on everyday as possible...

    This was the perfect workout for me. Not a lot of jumping, no crawling on the floor. No talking, it was easy to follow and the music made the time to fast. I will be using this daily for a few weeks and I’ll report back the results.

    FYI: at 30:30 you forget to switch legs and do your left side again (you can see that the leggings have different colors on the left). For everyone who likes a balanced workout, pls do switch legs

    I used to do the Zumba world party from XBOX that someone posted here a long time ago but my husband who's very worried about me being overweight he saw this instructor and he like what he saw and recommend me to do her workouts and YES it did work for me alongside with proper diet of course. I used to weight 179 lbs and I went down to 159 lbs already by doing all her workouts. I selected the ones that are longer mins that way I can burn more fats. I totally recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight.

    i burned a total of 287 kcal doing this workout and i also did her another workout for 4 mins and burned about 350 kcal. By the day i burned around 500 kcal. This workout is perfect for me as it doesnt put stress on my leg and i dont get bored and tired doing it.

    This is my second day of doing this workout and today I could finish the workout completely. Yesterday I did 37 minutes and had to stop in middle a lot as I got a lot cramps but today I could do it very nicely. My body feels nice.

    I did the workout for 27 min and I already burned 200 calories . thank yo so much 😍😍
    I'm a bit slow so if anyone else try this workout she /he will maybe burn 250 calories approximately in 25 min .

    Doing this along with Chloe Ting's hourglass challenge. It's hard for me to lose weight so I have to add extra cardio to my routine.
    It's day 3 for me. Will update my results

    Update: It's been around 20 days since I started this. I lost only 1 kg but that is because I have increased my protein intake to build muscles. My body is super toned. Lost 1.5 inches from my stomach. Will continue to do this because it burns fat easily

      best of luck.Always remember your target is not losing weight, your target is TO BE FIT AND LEAD A HEALTHY LIFE.
      Be comitted to your goals and boom! you'll reach where you wanted to be..Also you can check out befitness workouts, not HIIT ones they are too tiring😩 you can do cardio if you want to
      ps- i have zero clue about excersize 😅 just recomanded few things that made me feel good

    They're amazing!!! I've been doing her workouts 3 days and I love it. Generally i easily get bored and stop exercing halfway through the video or don't watch them next day. But these are very enjoyable. Yes, it's hard for a 71 kg person at the first but this time i am very determined to lose weight. So i'll continue to watch her and update my comment at this video.

    during quarantine i've started to lose weight by doing zumba using this vid. my fam always teases me since i was doing it in the living room. During those times i've never checked my weight because i thought it won't work, but after a month and a half of doing this i was shocked to discovered that my outdoor pants won't fit anymore because they kept falling and my neighbours started to notice the changes.🤣🤣
    from 121lbs down to 106lbs not bad🤣🤣
    so basically i just lose 15lbs.

      Hi, Im done with my first week. It's really tiring for a lazy person like me, I even skipped this yesterday, but yeah I feel a little bit light everytime I'm doing this in the morning.
      few tips I do while working out
      1. stop looking at the time or how many min are still left
      2. do this in front of the mirror to see if u're executing it right
      3. don't forget to smile to lighten up the mood.
      My current weight now is 67.1

      @@nandhinidevisk2422 Morning : I start my day with Jeera water with ginger, lemon and honey. Aft half an hr i drink my coffee with less sugar and less milk. Then 5 to 6 almonds soaked, walnuts, sunflower seeds. You can also take 2 eggs if u r hungry.
      Before lunch if I feel hungry I take lotus seeds( available in amazon) for snack.
      For lunch: 100 grams boiled brown rice, dal or fish curry (Indian salmon) or chicken curry with less oil, and bowl of any vegetable. I also take keerai/ greens 4 times a week.
      After 1 or 2 hrs I drink green tea.
      Evening if I feel hungry I drink tea (no sugar and less milk) with nutri choice biscuit 1. Or I take nuts.
      For dinner : I take vegetables salad or fruit salad or any soup. Also sometimes I drink jeera water or green tea aft dinner.

      This is one of the best exercises eva has on her channel. Pretty sure this helped me with my diet. I am following a diet and doing this at the same time everyday except for sundays. Check my channel if you want to see what i do. It did help me lose and get some none scale victories 💛😊

    Going to Start this workout today. I'm a little in doubt since I've been exercising for a long time now. Lets see if this works on me.
    Does anyone suggest any of her other videos/is there a routine?
    Day 1: Weight-67.3kg
    Oh man.Did it without breaks but my obliques were hurting badly halfway through. Somehow completed Day 1🙌🏼

    Day 7- Wt- 66.8 kg!( I honestly ate alot of Junk food this week because of a bday so I'm quite surprised at this no.)
    Workout- I workout on the treadmill 3 days/week and then Do her aerobics workout(total 80-90 min)
    Other days- I do another Dance workout (With more of bollywood songs cuz its fun) and do Eva's 30min workout.(Total-80-90min)
    Food- Will try to stay in Calorie deficit this Week 🤞🏼

    Day-14- 66.2 kg! I'm so happy with these results! Like I mentioned above, I'm doing 3 different things and its mostly cardio. This seems to be working on my body after all!
    Next update might be after a month or so. I will let you know how much weight I've lost!

    HELLO GUYS! I HAVE LOST 10KG IN 2MONTHS USING THIS ZUMBA WORKOUT. SUPER EFFECTIVE!! EVERYDAY (I DO IT ONCE). THE FIRST TIME I DID IT, IM SWEATING A LOT BUT NOW I GOT USED TO THE PAIN. TRY THIS GUYS ITS REALLY EFFECTIVE!!!

    Me acabo de suscribir ,necesito bajar grasa abdominal y sin querer me salió este video¡¡ por algo me salió 😉. Hace 2 años hice zumba por 3 años y si funcionó.

      Varsha n jasmine i lost 2 kg and reduced 2inches belly fat too .. really fun did same for 2 weeks n selected few more from her exercises . Bcos of thyroid i was able to loose only 2kgs ..try to do it in d morning

      When i started my weight loss journey i followed emi wong for the beginners later for the strengthening exercises joanna and Sydney helped me a lot. when i touched my weightloss plateau i dropped for a year .it was a big struggle..now eva is helping me again very fast😊

    I’m doing this work out everyday with my mom on the tv during this quarantine 😄💕. We be sweating a lot. I remember all the steps lol😂 I got it in my head.
