The Irish "shook down the thunder from the sky"!☘️"Cheer, cheer for old Notre Dame, Wake up the echoes cheering her name! Send a volley cheer on high, Shake down the thunder from the sky!" 🏈👏
Credit to Jaylen Sneed QB rush for causing the Christian Gray interception. JS speed and physical play have been huge in Georgia and PSU games. I went to the Sugarbowl game, and I'm so impressed with JS sideline to sideline speed and physical play. JS will play on Sunday!
If we win the national, we will have gone 8-0 against ranked teams. When is the last time ND did that? And doing it with all the injuries. Special! Very special! Go Irish!
I have watched all of f th ed play off games while traveling, v as cationing in Europe, unbelievable how resilient this team is, congrats to them, and thanks to this team as well of analysts !!
Great coverage guys, and JB was right, ND had three ints, and PSU had two , so ND with one more won the game. My main problem with the calls was that there was probably interference and holding all the time , but for ND they only happened on ND INTs? Go Irish, see you in the Championship!
Quick comment: Knute Rockne was buried at highland cemetery near campus. But this past spring 2024, he and his family were moved to cedar grove cemetery, which is campus on Notre Dame Avenue in view of the dome. He’s home. Coincidence?
He did kind of flop, he lost his balance. He was barely interfered with if at all, and Kizer made the pick anyway who was away from the action, on an underthrown pass. That's probably what threw Warren off. He's like, getting ready to catch it, but it was sufficiently underthrown that he was maybe like, processing what he should do and trying to adjust in the moment, and he just fell backwards. Terrible penalty. Horrible call. But we'll take it though, because we won the game. You don't want to go back in time, get the proper INT and end up losing the game.
J Love is so impressive. It's a shame he is never going to be considered a Heisman candidate. Thanks to OC Mike Denbrock lack of offensive creativity. The offense run game plays are horrible, especially against top defenses like Indiana, Georgia, and Penn State.

That run by Love was emblematic of what you get when you step on the field with these guys.

PAT COOGAN must have given a good halftime speech !

The fact that Franklin went after the conference issue says all we need to know about the Big 10! Glad PSU lost
That fumble was definitely pulled in by 11 on PSU but at the last second it was pulled out of his hands by Pendelton

GOOD STUFF !
Unsung great play: Heard covered up primary receiver Warren, forced pick by Gray
Go Irish!!!!!!!!!!!
Love channeled his inner Walter Payton.
I thought it was Billy Schrauth.
Penn st won the first half & ND won the second half .
GO IRISH
