@@gabemartinez2558 modern trucks are weirdly proportioned, the front doors have been shrunk to be even with the size of rear doors and windshields have been swept back enough to make their top lines look almost pinhead like. A return to form with longer doors on regular cab trucks and about 4-6” more space would be great, but I severely doubt it will happen because it doesn’t translate to any big benefit on crew cab trucks and manufacturers are trying to minimize body variations these days more than ever.
As a guy who just added a Carli pin top suspension and 35'5 to his Ram 1500, it makes it a COMPLETELY different truck. For just under 10K I have an completely new truck (to me). Im in love all over again
Now that is a really cool build. Definitely going with a regular cab 4X4 helps save money to use in the build. Always hoped you would build a regular cab someday. Crewcabs, even though they are nice, are so expensive. And like me 99% of the time I'm by myself so no need for 4-doors. Great video and great build.
I really really like how this truck turned out. I have a 2017 F250XLT regular cab. 6.2 Gas, stock suspension, 265/70/17 56000 miles (I hate the stock look of it). Fisher XV2 stainless plow. I like the look of the 37's but I have 3.73 gears (35's probably a better fit). What did this truck have for gears?
I have the same truck in red. I have had it for couple years now. Super clean low miles. My only complaint is the ride. I pull trailers with it and I understand its heavy duty truck. Trust me I’ve had lots and I work them. But this truck is particularly rough. Does the leveling kit help smooth it out at all? Since it replaces shocks and often the front spring?
@ thanks for clarifying that. I had assumed it was more so intentional of “lifting” the truck and guys after fitting bigger tires on. Since that’s what I a lot guys seem to focused on. Where I’m after function and practical purposes out of it.
Yeah our goal is always making the truck ride better! This video does a good job showing a stock truck vs one on a Carli Pintop system: ruclips.net/video/PwrD2F1J240/видео.html
I know it’s not your guys style but I have a ram 2500 2014 single cab on 22 x12 -44 with 37 running a leveling kit spacer but it does rub was looking at the 3.25 lift Carli. what suspension kit would you recommend?
Hey Cody, do the firestone airbags mount properly when an OEM gooseneck hitch is installed? It looks like they might bolt into the same frame holes. Thanks!
In Utah the old dudes buy all these new full size trucks and then the goal is to stick the new wheels and tires out of the fenders as far as they can. It’s whack as hell and hilarious. I can only imagine how bad they steer as the scrub radius is destroyed. Usually they use 22s as wheels. A hilarious look that reminds me of low riders back in socal. Somebody help them out!

Single cab trucks and big tires are just made for each other, it’s so much better looking than the long boys.
I dont know if the same can be said about ram trucks, they need the extra cab size to look proportional

Man I saw this build on IG and have been drooling ever since! I have this same truck, stock!
Gorgeous truck. Basic white / black / chrome color combo with the huge suspension and wheel upgrade and nothing extra. 🔥
Not gonna lie, Its definitely my favorite truck!!!
Dream overland truck is a regular cab diesel with Carli suspension.
That's really a nice old-school truck ! I Love the way it looks . That truck will run for a long, long time .

I have the STX version of this truck. This is the video I’ve been wanting to see. Everything I’ve been thinking of doing. Thanks CJC.
Perfect! Love the single cab trucks

We love regular cab trucks and wish more customers brought them in!
That looks like a solid off-road setup. Relatively short wheelbase (when compared to a crew-cab). Gasser is lighter in the soft stuff.
Yeah this will be one potent rig in the dirt!
God that’s exactly what I want!!!!!!!!
Nice rig. I wish ford would bring back the std cab short bed
How much slower wpuld those big wheels accellarate?
What do you recommend as a leveling kit for a 2017 f250 2wd?

The work with OEM but not aftermarket.
Nice build! Where can you buy that step bar/running board?
If we remember correctly, it's made by N Fab.
my kind of content, not everyone can afford a Longhorn Ram or Denali Ultimate

Sounds like someone’s jealous
@@javviii sounds like you have an ugly truck. lol.
@@javviii how far out do your wheels stick out? How do they look crawling at the mall?
How much lift do you get from the Carli suspension kit ? Specifically the one installed on this truck ?
This is a level height system, so stock height to 1" rear and about 2.5" to 3.5" front depending on your trim package.
hey whats the cost on a build like that looks great my kind of truck very useful.
🔥
Love the truck. Can we get him to do some off roading videos? Also what motor?
Yeah , what motor ? 7.3 would certainly be killer .
This is my baby. It’s the 7.3
You have excellent taste in trucks.
@@jlemaster9931 Were you able to fit a 37 inch spare tire?

Yes this is an 8 foot bed.
No.price? Ugh
all that just to put method wheels on there lol
That is not a budget build lol
RALPHIE!!!!!
You guys need to do build videos
Show the actual installation and everything
We do depending on the time and schedule. For this particular build we weren't able to show the process, but we've done it on lots of other builds!
