How do you get that track display
Google it. Can also change the heads up display to track mode
I noticed that when using launch control, the transmission shifted earlier than without launch control.but without launch control you can clearly hear the traction control reduced the power to prevent wheel spin, in first gear. Is your wife stomping the throttle to the floor when launching, or is she feeding it quickly.
My vette allways feels much stronger when I feed it.
I also noticed that, when she was at the track. Look like the A/C was on low. If so turn it off. Can tear up the A/C compressor. If you just had the fan on, that's ok.
nice comment..ive had my gr.sport 4 aprox.a year n a half...n..yep it has the automatic transm. i still compleyely do not understand waht lu-aunch control is!!!!??is it when u press the mode selecter down twice so the yellow marks are in the display on the dashboard???i u wood thinc it wood shift just be-4 it redlines 3 get the fastest time??+ i wish there waz a way so i cood up the stall-speed on the torqe converter 4 a faster take-off.aprox.2-k isnt enough with those huge rear tires.12.4 is the fastest ive gotten on a straight-a-way street where i live....& i beleive 4.1 in the 0-60.......can not figure out how owners on u-tube are getting high 11-s..?? maybe cause i live at almost 4500 foot???

How do you use launch control on a manual transmission?
Hey Phillip-this car is an auto. I believe there is launch control for manual C7s, but I haven’t owned a manual C7.

@@scottbarker9058 u missed the point. An automatic takes zero skill, and even less when u use launch control. What’s the point of even having a sports car if it’s automatic. Might as well just look up the 0-60 time
@@elquiero852 no obviously u do not no crap about drag-racing..i grew-up with a 67 camaro..with a muncy 4-speed..in the mid 70-s...yeah..it beet most all out there ..but when my buddy got a 70 el camino with a 396+ a built turbo-400...well game over..n..yeah..there is alot 2 no about stall-speeds etc..nuff-said..end of subject...
