It'd be cool to see "Bigger Than you Know" become a reoccurring series.
And being still family owned as a global company is amazing
I guess you could say that Mars is out of this world
So Mars Incorporated is the Disney of candy company.
if your a weirdo like me you read the label and find out lol
When you've so many different brands, it's smart not to attach the mother brand to everything but instead let the separate brands stand on their own!
They let their products grow based on their own merit, not just some brand name.
I have a question for you: why are Kit-Kat bars distributed by Hershey's in the US but Nestle everywhere else in the world?
Here in the UK, the Mars Bar is a very big brand, so it's no surprise that they're a big company, although I didn't realise about the pet food. Snickers and (our) Milky Way very much feel like they're from the same family. I would expect most people in the UK to know they're from the same stable.
I work for Mars and they care about their employees more than any other company and you can't change my mind.
Your channel is the perfect combination of nostalgia, pop culture, and informative. You've really stepped out the gate swinging. Keep up the good work.
So what you're saying is that if Mars went bankrupt, chocolate, candy, gum, and pet food would no longer exist.
Mars has always been my favorite, but what I love is how much they invest into animal hospitals and select shelters. It seems like a few years back, management changed hands and the new guy was an animal lover. All around, love the company.
Mars is a private company that huge!
Mars doesn't have to boast and brag about how good their company is because secretly, they're the best!
Mars Inc. is smart, they've diversified their business model into many fields and like you said, they don't want their customers to have any negative preconceptions regarding their products. Like P&G or Kraft Foods. Hell, even Berkshire Hathaway.
Do I Hate Mars Ba-
Hey Company man!
I'm from the Netherlands and here Mars is by far the most popular of the Big 3 candy-bar companies. Everywhere you go small shops and kiosks offer Mars bars (and related brands as Bounty and Twix). Nestle comes in as a good second and Hershey has hardly any market share. I only know that name from Hollywood movies. The Mars brand is also well established in the Netherlands, probably because their biggest factory in the world is located here.
