As long as the RUclipsr is not the one getting the proceeds from the advertisement on their reaction videos one would think that the musicians/bands would be happy for the free exposure..... Case in point....The last 5 album purchases I have made were the direct result of watching reaction videos on RUclips. Blocking them may not be the best idea..... Perhaps sending the proceeds from reaction videos to the musicians may be a far better arrangement for all concerned then just blocking your users.... YOU HEAR THAT RUclips? Give both the RUclips user and the copyright owners a button to allow this option.... The RUclipsr gets to promote their channel and the music/bands they love without fear, their subscribers get their entertainment without interruption and find new music, the musicians/bands/copyright owners still make money with their product. How could this not be a good thing?

Then how channels like Quantum Tech HD & Yt Crash that rack up millions of monthly views get away with it? - Faceless and no voice-over, just copyright free music over it. They do link to the original creators in the description, including the owner's Instagram/Facebook & TikTok links. Is this a reason why RUclips allows this type of content? Because they see it as perhaps Promotional/Advertisement content? Or is it Quantum Tech gave percentage/payout to the content owner? If Quantum Tech get a fair use approval from the content Owner (without getting copyright strike from RUclips), what is the step to get it. I am not sure where to ask this, but recently I have been approached by a company asking me for permission to use my educational videos in their application. They asked me for a proposed rate for my work...but I honestly have no clue where to start with this. Anyone have experience or ideas for me? I don't want to get used or miss an opportunity here. According to the vid, u need permission from the owner(s) of the content, so you have to contact the owner(s) to get permission. Just crediting the owners do not allow you to use their content

Any content online is protected by copywrite law. What if author will take a legal actions on you outside the RUclips creative content license. RUclips has two different licenses but the general copywrite law has only one. And every content and author is protected by that law regardless of what licenses RUclips has.

You see a lot of videos like Real __ reacts to __ scenes in movies on RUclips, so modeling after them would be a good strategy. Put the video in a box, show a short clip, explain, repeat.

Ice Cool hy there so I would suggest u to speak rather than just putting subtitles u can do subtitles but the video is not your it won’t affect your monetisation but u will have to remove it due to copyright © so I think u can copy but little clips rather than whole Nd speaking is be at way because there r chances of u getting successful RUclipsr
