Thanks for your videos. We just bought the 4x2 version SR5 in Underground color Black interior. I really wanted the PreRunner 2 Dr 6 ft bed in Underground. My sales guy said the factory isn't making them at this time. But I was stunned how great this Tacoma looks with the paint color. I have enough standard equipment to be happy for a smaller pickup truck. Thank you for all you do sir.❤

Appreciate the video. just ordered my SR5 crew cab 4WD 5 ft bed. For me there is simply no other truck. Been with Toyota since 2009. Had several of these trucks and they were all better than the last one and light years ahead of any American product I ever owned. I am not a fanboy. Always hated that term. I'm just a consumer that wants top quality and reliability. While I am not happy about the price, I can't justify going elsewhere. Back in 2009 Tacoma's were more $ than the other options. It was always that way. They sell themselves.

Got rid of my 2017 SR5 because the drivers seat was soooo uncomfortable on long drives. Otherwise, it was very reliable and well equipped.
If the drivers seat were more comfortable, it would still be in my garage. 15:48
I am on the fence regarding LED Headlights. These look small but put out major wattage. Drives me nuts in MY REARVIEW.
I like the interior of it. Functional.
do they come standard with tow package?
Which they would've kept the NA V6 for at least the SR5 trim.
2024 Tacoma 18.2 size gas tank vs 3rd gen has a 21.1 gallons..
Still NO hood shocks! My 2001 Toyota Camry had hood shock struts..,WHY the 2024 Tacoma cannot add shock struts? For the prices you paid! After market prices $100…

@appleztooranges yes the turbo-4 is superior to the old v6 which made 4-cylinder power with V8 fuel economy.

Right? Toyota cut production costs and likely QC as well (made in Mex vs Made in Germany VWs for example are terrible for longevity), and still jacked up the price significantly. Might as well get a Ford Maverick
I enjoyed the review, specs, and shots of inside and out. My 2021 SR5 is my daily driver. I dont tow horses so I'm not as concerned with towing and payload and whatnot, and if I did, I wouldn't be looking at another Tacoma.
That chin spoiler is ridiculous low. It should be changed or removed.

Front end is bulky, the spoiler at the bottom feont? Who the fudge approved that particular design? The price is highway robbery. In today's economy buying a new car is getting ridiculous
This is the last dude that should be reviewing trucks. No actually useful info about what you use a truck for and some of the specs he provides are wrong because he just referring to a press release
I've been reviewing them for 10yrs. What would you do differently with a vehicle you borrowed from a dealership?
Verify the specs you list like the payload. Don't compare it to how a sports car handles, rides and drives. How about taking it off road, or loading the bed, or towing or other usual features you would look for while using a truck.
I agree. I'm not sure why these Channels just read off spec sheets and show a few angles of the vehicle and call it a review.

Definitely not a glowing review. Also with it being made in Mexico, this new taco is a hard pass
that plastic looks awful, the old Tacoma still looks good. The LTD is butt ugly, the PRO is out of reach for 99% of people. Also an 18 gallon tank instead of a 21 gallon is hillarious Toyota. Better fuel economy, and still less range than the old TACO lol
