I'm a long time Tacoma owner (1996, 2000, 2020,) and prefer the SR5 all around. Not for over 35k though. These don't depreciate either, so you'll be waiting more than 7 years for any deals. Everything should be hybrid these days. So I went with a RAV4 prime with a trailer, and rent/borrow a pickup when I need one. ;)

I Love my 23 TRD Off Road 6’ bed, leather interior, sunroof, LED lights, etc.
I purposely chose the 23 naturally aspirated 3.5L V6 over the turbo which throughout history simply aren’t as reliable as the naturally aspirated engines.

Thank you, I came here to say this. The TRD Sport has a firmer suspension that is unique to that trim level. It is also worth noting for those that actually use their Tacoma as a truck, the Sport is best trim in the lineup for hauling and towing. (All else being equal, a firmer suspension is better for towing.)

I really don't get this, but see it all the time from people trying to find any excuse to complain about. It is a mid-size truck, not a giant SUV where air from the front might have trouble reaching the back. The interior is not much bigger than a compact car (I'd say my Tacoma's interior is only slightly bigger than my Corolla's). It takes no time for the heat/cooling to alter the temperature of the entire cab once it kicks in, as it is pretty small volume. My kids sit in the back seat all the time, and it has never been a problem or concern that would affect my buying decision.

why they called it a sport truck when it doesn’t have any sport about it its more a off road truck

Have no idea. Sport equals off road. Off reading is a sport.

I’m so disappointed in these upgrades. I have an 2022SR and I like mine better. Nobody ever shows how sound system is in these videos either. That was the one thing I was disappointed is basic speakers in backseat. Many Tacoma owners ended up upgrading out of pocket which I’m going to do.

      @@VagabondBuilds Yes, absolutely.
After 34 years of Gloomy Grey and Boring Black being shoved down everyone’s throats from every automaker had gotten very old.
When Henry Ford came out with the Model T, he said that you can have any color you want, as long as it’s Black.
It doesn’t cost anymore to dye something any other color.
ASAP I’m having Katzkin replace my boring black leather interior with Bisque with black trim and stitching to match the rest of my death black interior

😅😅 you are talking about mid truck with these options loaded $50000!!!!!! (BACK SEAT WAY TO SMALL) 4 Cyl. cheap inferior plastics no Power for towing also, the interest for high score credit. 700 and up the 6% $3000 plus registration fee $2400 and the dealer fee at lease $1500 they call it protection!!!! but is not! toooooo much money for mid truck for this cost buy RAM or Seairra 1500, Toyota not heavy duty as we think.

They want 45k for a 28k truck. Hard pass. I can get a 2024 Ford Maverik pickup with better specs for 26k. My Dodge grand caravan makes more horsepower and has better fuel mileage than that TRD "Turd" and I piad 28k for it new off the lot.
