I Love my 23 TRD Off Road 6’ bed, leather interior, sunroof, LED lights, etc.
I purposely chose the 23 naturally aspirated 3.5L V6 over the turbo which throughout history simply aren’t as reliable as the naturally aspirated engines.
I bought mine with only 6K miles. The factory window sticker was $55K and I paid $48K.

Person asked me how many miles... I told him barely 2k on the OD since I drive a short distance to work. Magnetic Grey....I had some decals to it, Trd Pro grill, side badges on the door and etc. love this truck! I know when I get tired of this truck in a few years....I"m sure it's gonna be worth $ still!!

I'm a long time Tacoma owner (1996, 2000, 2020,) and prefer the SR5 all around. Not for over 35k though. These don't depreciate either, so you'll be waiting more than 7 years for any deals. Everything should be hybrid these days. So I went with a RAV4 prime with a trailer, and rent/borrow a pickup when I need one. ;)

Thank you, I came here to say this. The TRD Sport has a firmer suspension that is unique to that trim level. It is also worth noting for those that actually use their Tacoma as a truck, the Sport is best trim in the lineup for hauling and towing. (All else being equal, a firmer suspension is better for towing.)

I really don't get this, but see it all the time from people trying to find any excuse to complain about. It is a mid-size truck, not a giant SUV where air from the front might have trouble reaching the back. The interior is not much bigger than a compact car (I'd say my Tacoma's interior is only slightly bigger than my Corolla's). It takes no time for the heat/cooling to alter the temperature of the entire cab once it kicks in, as it is pretty small volume. My kids sit in the back seat all the time, and it has never been a problem or concern that would affect my buying decision.

Never a fan of Tacoma because how weak they look and the outdated interior. But the 2024 looks pretty mean.

Both are overpriced, made in Mexico, turbo 4 cylinder engined trucks that aren't worth buying. The TRD just has more complex crap to go wrong and break.
