Hi Taylor, first, I'm sorry you're going through what you have been. I totally understand. I'm so happy you like them. I did want to say that the Red galaxy male is one of the ones I bought from you along with a beautiful red finned blue bodied female that I got from you as well. You definitely decided to keep my favorites. The Red/white striped female and the Red galaxy female that you are pairing the Galaxy male to are his offspring. I'm not sure why so many of the ones I had were long finned, I only had plakats. Unless it was in the genes of the other parents (Red Dragon male and yellow/ black/orange female Koi. Both had short fins though. I'm really sorry to hear the white male has tumors, I wouldn't have sent him, had I noticed. I'm glad you we're able to find home's for all the ones you don't want. I can't wait to see what comes from them. It's like having grand fish, lol

Now my tanks are sparkly again and I have 2 more set up!! Your enthusiasm is always infectious - in the best way!! Thank you for all that you share.
All these bettas are so Amazing! I had a betta as my first fish, he was absolutely amazing. I had him for two years, started in a 1 gallon filtered tank, month later got him a 5 gallon filtered tank, around 4 months later got him a 10 gallon. Sadly I don’t know what kind of betta he was. He was a red and blue longer finned guy. Best fish ever. He was like a puppy. When I got him he was already around 2 years old. He passed a month or two ago sadly. Will never have a fish better then him. I just redid his tank. I bought sand instead of gravel did driftwood instead of fake logs and I have some moss balls and live plants. Planning on fully planting out the tank in the near future. I got a very interesting plaket betta for the tank, it looks like a marble betta but with hints of the firecracker betta, so like a white body marbled with blue, and a red and blue marbled fin (I am obsessed with red and blue bettas) the tank looks great can’t wait to fully plant the tank!

@@SimplyBetta yeah that's what my younger sister did for a while and me and my other siblings would supply her food and ice cream for her cocoon and Lotz of lotr reruns but yep this pandemic is horrible
