The idea of Brook picking up on the rhythm of a heartbeat and amplifying it through his music when he doesn't have a heartbeat (because he's a skeleton Yohohohooooooooo) would be so Oda!
Bro edit it and Put Yohohohooooooooo at the end
Yohohoho
Binks Brew does kinda have a don doh-doh connotation/ rhythm to it that's kinda similar. What a neat thought.
I feel like the Giant pirates probably have a big drum on their ship to keep rhythm while rowing (do they even have oars like vikings used?) The Nika rhythm is probably even known to them much like how Kuma knew it. That combined with Brook's playong wpuld be fantastic!
@@jackofalltreys4459...so does the drums of liberation...does this possibly confirm that JoyBoy might have wrote Binks Sake?
I mean many people have stopped and pondered the meaning of the lyrics if it does have anything to do with the void century. if so, that means his plan is was being sung about for centuries with no one the wiser except Roger...hell that could be why he laughed in the first place! If the song is infact about Joyboy and the rhythm is to his heartbeat? Wtf do the lyrics mean???
3:15 that Jojo pose bon clay. Magnificient!
I think one piece is buggy's nose
I need that sticker bruh
he’s still at Newkama
Bon clay would definitely be a Jojo character
It's a mashup I didn't know I needed
York didn't tell Saturn about Bonney because she has no reason to. I feel like people forget that we're looking at things from the outside and the characters don't see what we see and have less time to think about this stuff.
York is using information as her income to buy a position with the Celestials. She's not gonna just tell them everything she knows. She tells them what she needs to and that's it. Not to mention that she probably assumed The World Government was blatantly stronger than the Straw Hats so they didn't even need that information. They don't think the same just because they share memories. Like how Shaka and Lilith both knew the Strawhats but Shaka noticed they were ready to kill Lilith while she herself thought she was running the show. You have to factor in these kinds of details when thinking about a characters' actions as a reader and especially as a writer.

@@BobbyMarley718 Thank you
This is a prime example of thinking before typing. I think you nailed that perfectly 👌🏽
@@Ohdylanbro Thanks a ton. 😁
You do realize that not telling them that would be at her disadvantage sooner or later right ? That would be a huge betrayal. Even more than the Researches on the Void Century. If she told the Gorosei, she would have a life warranty since they would know for certain that she is loyal to them. York clearly didn’t know cause if she knew, she wouldn’t hesitate to tell them. It took her too much effort to prove that V was really doing researches on the Void Century. All she needed to do is tell them about Bonney’s rank and V would be assassinated in the same week
Can't wait to see the reunion between the straws hats and the giants 👍🏻
Now I want to call people who aren’t giants “gA’ints”
What if Usopp gets a devil fruit that lets him become a gaint? And maybe Luffy could learn a new fully gaint form, too. Franky could be in his mecha. Robin has her gaint demon clone. Chopper has the monster form.

@@marcamusprime9513all of these are terrible ideas.
@@marcamusprime9513...Never cook again.
York wasn't be able to tell the Marine about Bonney and Pacifista because the whole Strawhat crews are there when she was communicating with the gov't. Telling it to the gov't is like telling everyone about it.
And the reason why she didn't tell them earlier is because she thought it wasn't important
@@AnonymousEnigma19 York may have lingering feelings for Bonney as well. She is technically Vegapunk and should have all the fond memories of when Kuma and Bonney were on the island. Her betrayal was about self preservation and being able to be lazy as a Celestial Dragon, that doesn't mean she needs to betray her old friends Bonney and Kuma.
If she knew, she had all the time to tell them. She could’ve told them 3 months ago when she snitched Vegapunk but she didn’t. She must’ve not known. The only Vegapunks that have to know are Shaka, Atlas and Stella himself
@@nessa6859 Her betrayal was not for self preservation but selfishness. He always wanted to be the ONLY VEGAPUNK and a celestial Dragon. This was just the perfect occasion to get what she wanted. She literally killed Shakka with no remorses and you think she cares about Bonney and Kuma ?
@@AnonymousEnigma19 Not important ? You do realize that not telling the Gorosei would be an even bigger betrayal than researching about the Void Century right ? Saturn stabbed Vegapunk as soon as he found out because that information alone put their supremacy in danger. Command over all the Pacifista is a huge problem. Even though it only applies to S-Bear regarding the Seraphims, the mark III are a huge military force. If York knew about that and really wanted to get rid of Stella, all she had to do is mention that and Vegapunk would get assassinated the same week. If she did that, she wouldn’t even need to mention the Void Century
08:36 thinking about it honestly, has Kizaru ever put effort on anything? I need to rewatch these things but from memory he seemed all too happy to letting himself be stopped by Rayleigh, joking with Ben Beckman, shotting the handcuff's key instead of blowing luffy's head, and letting Law's submarine escape between random pew pews.
He seems to be the guy that if worked in an office would say "I was going to visit some clients, but it seems that maybe is going to rain later today" or "Yeah I know I'm supposed to mail this memo but I decided to wait since there's a spider near the door"
I exactly thought so. Like whenever he took a hit from Luffy, I always see him as a guy who pull "Ouch, boss. My stomach hurt. Can I go home now?"
In another words, he isn't motivated at doing his job at all. He took those hits, and use the fact as his reason to not doing his job for a while. He is just like an actually competent worker who just does his barely mininum for his job while keep looking for a chance to slack off. The reason is either he is just lazy (which I think unlikely as this kind of character more fit for Kuzan), or he really hates his current job but he simply can't quit for farious reasons.
@@justawanderingoldman7699 I tought that too! now looks like he is trying a little, but only because scary boss Saturn is watching
That's my take on him. One of the most overpowered devil fruits around, but totally lacking work ethic. His history with Vegapunk and Bonny might be coloring his attitude slightly as well, but it seems more like another excuse to not exert himself than a legitimate reason
"All according to cake." - Shanks with a Gendo pose probably

@@animeYT9215 You're right about Zou, he had Big Mom's and the one in Wano. However I'd assume Shanks already knows about the one in Zou and he was there when Roger got it. So that just leaves the one they both don't have.
One thing with the giants, the void century, and Nika is because of their longer lives it is not long removed from them relatively. Jarul and Jorul could have been only one retelling from hearing about the events from a direct witness to the void century. It would be like a human asking thier grandparents about what they heard about thier parents and grandparents.
I was never bothered by Gear 5th because it shows Luffy's growth as a character. He's not an angry child jumping head first into fights anymore. Now, he has the confidence to smile through any situation because he believes in himself and his friends.

A nice parallel with the god-Usopp-thingy:
Usopp proclaimed to be a captain way before Luffy did but turned out not to be that.
This tuime Usopp was proclaimed to be a god by others before Luffy was, but turned out not to be that... again.

So is Usopp about to start bragging about already finding the One Piece and being the King of the Pirates or about already defeating Imu and being the King of the World?

I kinda love the idea of Bon Clay hopping on the story again. Yes, it makes no sense at all, yes, it would be goofy and yet, the idea of that man coming back for a third time in just the most bizarre way only he can is something i would love to see. And besides, considering what he pulled with Magellan back in Impel Down, imagine him impersonating Saint Saturn. Impersonation round two, Mary Geoise Boogaloo.
Isn’t he currently the new “King”of floor 5 1/2 in impel down? Just need another prison break lol

Commenting for the first time because of this and your previous video about Brook and the importance of music in One Piece.
I love this take so much because I was directly inspired over a decade ago by One Piece to pursue my dream of touring with a band and I see some unique parallels between the worlds of music and fictional piracy. The most obvious is the experience of traveling in a beloved vehicle (although ours has wheels) with a group of Nakama and meeting other groups out there chasing the same dreams. The alliances and rivalries that develop are similar even if the goals are very different. The whole shonen power scaling dynamic really applies to musicianship as well, with people experiencing sudden jumps in skill or perception and performing seemingly superhuman feats. Even haki fits well, with ear training parallel with observation and chops/physical technique as an analog to armament. It’s certainly true that some rare individuals have the ability to make pretty much anything sound good through sheer force of will and intention, and at the highest levels of perception there are people with perfect pitch and incredible musical memories.
Anyway, it’s ultimately the sense of total freedom and adventure that One Piece gave me as a kid that I was chasing and found in music, and returning to the manga as an adult has been a joyful realization of how influential this ridiculous rubber man has truly been in my life. It’s only fitting that he would value music as much as I do. Thanks for doing what you do, this is by far my favorite channel on RUclips!

For the York thing, I believe she just didn't care like she believed that she had everything under control, and when she did get captured, her only concern was herself
I mean the rest of the Vegapunks didn't know York was a traitor so either they can selectively choose what info to upload to punk records or york just didn't interact with it for a while. Both would explain why she didn't know about Bonneys command over the pacifista.
Maybe it also just implies that Stella, being the original Vegapunk, still has some private memories or thoughts he doesn't share with the others. Idk if that has more good or bad implications to the story but I like the idea.
@@Pickn4Gold Consider that the Sattelites have room for brains- but Stella had to remove his entirely and uses that apple themed transmitter to remain in contact with it- the stella body is the only one we KNOW has constant and complete contact with Punk Records, because he IS punk records, its his brain. The extent of feedback and access the sattelites have has not been elaborated on, when I read 1106 I thought vegapunk revealing the secret about Bonny's place in the command hierarchy via Atlas, specifically that he talked to her but he didn't just yell out the secret acrros that distance, was because the actual informing of Atlas was don via punk records, and saying anything out loud was just a conceit of the control scheme for such things and a way to make it easier for the readers to see what he was doing.
Elbaf is currently under the protection of Shanks and that's why the World Government can't just go Buster Call on the kingdom of Giants for harboring Saul and the books of Oharan archaeologists.
Also you know
Giants
I’m not sure what 5 Vice Admirals are gonna do against an island of giants.
Honestly they would need ALOT more than a buster call to take on ALL of the giants. Even if they weren't on elbaf. But they are, which would make the giants even more determined to protect their home.
Ngl I think the giants take back the straw hats to elbaf so there safe and then shanks will meet Luffy and their reunion while they are safe since there is two yonkos and their crew and the giants and I think that usopp has his glow up
Im just here waiting for the first giant to show haki . Every living being is capable
Reasons for World Gov. not attacking Elbaf:
1. Thousands of Giants (Yes, the Marines have some giants of their own but that only exacerbates the problem - remember which rank each and every one of them has?)
2. Shanks being there occasionally.
Yeah Point 2 is way more important. Especially given Shanks is obviously 400 years old and protected the islands since the founding of the concurrent world system... They cannot provide for themselves, they never had to.
Commenting on the thumbnail alone:
Shanks: He's made of rubber.
Brogy: How did that happen?
Shanks: [smiling cause he knows exactly what he'll follow up with next]
I have not heard anyone talk about this, but it is not far out of the range of possibilities that the rest of Luffy's crew was his same crew from the void century and they have also reincarnated with him again. To me, the giant robot could be the previous incarnation of Franky who was still intact after their defeat in the void century. I would imagine if Luffy's crew in the current era were defeated and Franky was somehow left intact and working and he heard the drums from a reincarnation of Luffy in the future, it might wake him from his slumber to help his friend.
Totally not me right now singing Kiesha
"I FEEEL YOUR HEEAA-AA-AARTT, TO THE BEAT OF THE DRUUUM"
you can see that GLR is hyped about Brook playing the Nika music when he is clapping his hands while talking about it
To add to the "Usopp being mistaken as Nika" idea, let's not forget that both Luffy and Usopp took down a Celestial Dragon back at Sabaody two years ago
Remember when this arc was gonna be about Franky? 🪦
was it ? hearing that for the first time haha
There were many theories of it, because Franky having been at Vegapunks home island during time skip, and them being techies together
Luffy is going to have the first reverse-buster call by turning EH into rubber and sending the cannonballs back at marines.

The Vegapunks are connected via the Punk Records network -- York made a point of mentioning that she had taken herself off network to prevent the others from hacking her brain for the password -- so it's possible that Stella uploaded the information to the satellites during an off panel data sync. It could even have been uploaded the very moment Stella had his internal dialog.

Vegapunk was very specific with his reason for implementing Bonnie as the highest authority of the Pacifistas - he did not want Bonnie to die from the hands of her father. Bonnie being in danger or York’s betrayal is not enough for him to bring it up. That’s my guess anyway.
Keep up the awesome work and videos Liam love the video
5:25 it's a fair point, but in my mind, if Vegapunk had told Bonney about her command while in Saturn's giant spider hand, I feel like ironically he would have been ensuring her death. Saturn could have just crushed or impaled her instead of being vindictive and wanting to see her shot by Pacifista(or soldiers depending on the moment). Interestingly, I feel VP has been justified by the way things played out, as Bonney is still breathing(thx to help from others like Luffy making ground bouncy). So maube luck or fate but VP played it right imo
Ey man nice video, keep the good work! Here you have a comment to improve your video engagement
I think the reason Stella didn't reveal that yet was because Bonnie was in Saint Saturn's hand and if he said that, Saturn would have immediately killed her. It makes more sense to reveal that information when she's going to shot by the Pacifista and she's in the middle of the air.
Yeah Saturn could have just kept her from calling out if he didn't just crush her in his hand.
So many theories that would make for great twists. My god its tough waiting week after week for chapters in anticipation of finding out what's actually going to happen. The chapters always blow our theories & expectations out of the water mostly because they hardly ever turn out how we all think and expect them to end up being, and always turns into a much bigger twist with much bigger questions at the end of them that go on to fuel the flames of even more anticipation for the following chapters. You just gotta love One Piece yanno? Haha
gonna be honest i could watch this channel all day and not get bored
That last idea about the drums of liberation being played at the war would be so awesome
14:07 well think on how zunishya heard luffy drums from far far away
So the sound is amplified
Zunesha didn’t come for Luffy. He came for Momonosuke and heard the drums when he was nearby. But when you have ears of the size of an island, you can hear lots of stuff 🤣 (he probably just heard the drums through the voice of all things)
I'm surprised you didn't upload this yesterday, but nevertheless glad it's here, and now the break week theorys begins.
I loves thes (insert chaper number)+ vids, i love the theorising and the bonus analysis!
Can’t believe that in a matter of a few months got so re-addicted to one piece, that I now get so unreasonably exited when you upload
Wouldn't it make so much sense for the Ancient Energy Source to be a "Soul"? Vegapunk making experiments with Kuma and his fruit about how much a Soul weighs and discovering the Lineage Factor and empowering the Seraphims with the "Soul" of the Warlords it would be perfect foreshadowing. And then Brook being able to Power the Giant Robot with his "Soul" Music would bring a cool Contrast to his Introduction in Thriller Bark and Moria Powering the Ancient Giant Oars with Souls.
I have had some theories.
The Iron Giant might be a mech, because the Vegaforce 1, which was constructed in the IGs image is also a mech. One thing all OnePiece mechs (even Oars) share is that they are controlled from the chest, not the head, where Luffy checked.
I like the idea of it being powered by music, and Brook accompanying the Drums of Liberation.
One thing that might be related to that could be Binks sake. The song is about clapping, stomping and playing drums, but it itself has no percussion.
I tried matching up Binks sake x Drums of Liberation and it mostly works.
The Big Luffy Bomber is real!
I think the thing that makes the pacifists follow Bonnie’s commands is the sapphire necklace that Kuma “left with” Vega punk.
Whether VP made it at Kuma’s request, or if Kuma got it elsewhere and VP modified it to be a command module.
And maybe whoever has it can command the pacifista without question.
We don’t know that for certain. Bonney just recieved the necklace yesterday. I don’t think Vegapunk would’ve risked Bonney to get killed by a Pacifista in the meantime. Every command rank in the hierarchy from Sentomaru to the Gorosei work by Voice Command. Anyone beneath needs to have a command chip. Bonney’s command certainly works by Voice Command cause it would be dumb to give her a command chip that she can loose anytime
No matter what, you can always count on Oda to amaze his fans and readers everytime a new chapter is released, because Dorry and Broggy coming was very unexpected.
Brook controlling the giant also makes sense cause let's say the giant is part buccaneer or has that special trait and it is some bloodline element, left behind will or soul. Then the soul king brook being able to awaken it and control it by altering things like tempo and time signature would make so much sense
Yay good thing I stayed up till 5:30 in the morning now I get the vid early
Fantastic video
In relation to the why Stella didn't say anything about Bonney: I think he did what York did and not uploaded the info as a failsafe in case someone from the World Government learned about it. After all, the old saying is "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer" right?
the last time music was referenced in this sort of way was skypiea and the bell
Maybe a small portion of elbaf gonna be about “WHOS THE REAL SUN GOD luffy or ussop” or something
York already proven that the Vegapunks can keep secrets from each other if they choose to
Vegapunk is just too naive. He created clones of him that are just as human as him and didn’t even think a second that one if them could betray him. His intelligence only lies in research i guess. The only reason he must’ve kept the information about Bonney for himself is probably because it doesn’t only put him in danger but the little girl too
I can picture a mad máx type scene with brook rocking out
Narrative speaking, it makes more sense to have a Kuma/Bonney flashback first and THEN reveal the power hierarchy for the Pacifistas...but then again, it was already revealed that Kuma was Bonney's father...this is a bigger hoke than I thought
love ya content
2:42 My man Doffy boutta break outta prison haha
Brook be like doom doo tata
Concerning the Satellites knowing about Bonney's position in the hierarchy - the Vegapunks can choose what info they upload to Punk Records, so it could be info Stella kept to himself?

awesome i had similar theory 15 + years ago, ive always thought Shanks was up to something since i started one piece, this is awesome to see
i read one piece in Thai but do understand English perfectly as well. In the Thai translation of this chapter (1106) it seems like Atlas didn't know that Bonney could command the pacifista (that looks like her dad). Vegapunk didn't say"Atlas tell Bonney" but he pre much said "Atlas pass my message to Bonney" (in the thai translation) or pre much telling Atlas to tell Bonney what he is telling Atlas. So, I don't think there is a plot hole there I don't think York knew Bonney could tell the pacifista to stop.
I think the reason why York did not tell Gorosei about Bonney and the Pacifistas was because it was never brought up. Same reason why Luffy never talks about his past to the straw hats. He does not say anything unless either they ask or he feels like sharing.
I think Kizaru is facing the same problem as Garp was at Marineford. He spent a lot of time with Sentomaru and Vegapunk. He feels sad that this has happened but he needs to do his job. He told Vegapunk he is just another cog in the machine and he simply should not have researched Void Century. Garp eventually let Luffy go after Ace but in Kizaru's case, he can't do that because St Saturn is right there.
I think the interesting thing is that music has been playing a role in one piece A LOT recently. Joy boy drum/heartbeat (which is also interesting), uta, appoo controlling the numbers with song, there’s a lot here
The number of plot threads that require resolving on Egghead is insane. Did we ever figure out what the silhouette monster was? It was shown before York was revealed as a traitor, but i don't recall it ever being addressed
It was probably just S-Shark
6:46 Talking that Shangri-la Frontier

My major theory as to why so many Alabasta era characters are being brought back in such major ways is because he's always known the ending.
One Piece wasn't supposed to be this long. And Oda likely wasn't planning to go too far past 250 chapters at the start. So now, characters from that time period are being brought back, because Vivi, Wapol, Crocodile, Dorry, and Broggy were always meant to have a major role in the ending.
It just happens that Oda took 20+ years to get here.
Pretty sure you’re right about Uta and what she did being related to the summoning of the iron giant especially since some of the movies heavily tie into the continuity.
Bonney sailing around with a crew of dad robots would be low key amazing
2:08 I feel like whenever Oda wants to make us feel nostalgic, he inserts Alabasta (impel down, marine Ford, Dressrosa, Reverie).
I just have always gotten the vibe that kizaru just doesn't want to be doing any of this. I feel like I've heard a lot of "he seems to be enjoying it," and, idk, it's just always felt like he's doing it for appearances, or trying to do the bare minimum. So when he got hit by Luffy and stopped, I always assumed he was just looking for an excuse to stop. "Oooh nooo the Sun God is here, might as well stop, huh?"
kinda hoping the iron giant, is the original joy boy, who had the nika fruit extracted and had to be housed inside it to live.
Bonclay doing a Jojo pose is perfect 👌🏻
Yeah! Brook playing weaponized music like in Warhammer 40k
Liam, where can i get awesome tees like u!?!?
I love that idea! In the final battle, all the nations unite against the WG, Brook and other musicians plays the Song of Liberation to battle.
I need to reread the robot waking up 200 years ago. That time frame is when the fighting fish came to Dressrosa.
So if Luffy "figured out" the Iron Giant moves on it's own, and it only moves in gear 5, could that mean Luffy is making it move with his G5 power? (Not like the drums of liberation are activating it like most speculate, but Luffy's imagination is activating it because he wants it to move, ultimately it's the same end, just a different means of getting there)
I think the iron giant might be where vegapunk "put" kuma's soul when detaching him from his body.
Incoming next adventure: Elbaf 🤞🏿
We're in the end game now.
Sad but awesome
Shanks : Ben, let's get the one piece.
Dory and Brogy : We're here to get the Sun God!
The Alabasta focus would make sense with the Live Action being produced at the moment. Koby got a lot of focus last year as well.
The heart rhythm tune is binks sake, brook plays it alot
I read Oda originally planned OP as a 5 years run.. making the right calculations it seems he thought about the endgame just when he was doing the Alabasta saga, so no surprises he's now taking back those characters and lore!
If the 5 years original plan is true, then Pluton would have been the only ancestral weapon and it's location would have been Alabasta itself. On Skypie the ponygliph would have revealed the Laughtale location instead of Poseidon. Story went different but it seems something of the original plan remained. Think about just Vivi and how she was well portraied at that time, not just a side character but an official member of the crew itself. It's possible that the conflict she had at the end of her arc, to stay a princess or become a pirate was one Oda himself had about her.
It’s clearly not true because it’s been over twenty fucking years of the story.
Oda knew the ending when he started, everything in between is (G)Oda's Vivid imagination!
@@davidbiggs8753 Nope, first when he started story he decided to end the story by Alabasta he himself has said it it doesn't matter what you say

Now, I guess the one who woke up the giant in the past was some Mamboshi ancestor 😂
When will UTA come or if she is going to play the drums of liberation with brook
This was a perfect way to put gear 5, I understood why but you put perfextly
The iron giant is from here upon known as Iron Oars(Iron Horse if said quickly), we all know Oda loves his word play and there are things like Oars possibly moving Ancient Kingdom allies islands like Wano around and Oars Jr in his own Straw Hat that make me wonder.
I really like the idea that we're gaining some characters for the final arc from each arc before and I'm curious whom else we get to see from Skypeia, Dressrosa, Whole Cake, and Wano again. NeoMADS would take some of those questions off the table.
I'm thinking that the drums of liberation is just a stronger version of voice of all things or they are at least very closely related
