What do you do if you don’t have the straps? 😢
I was excited to see a slightly longer TRX workout, but didn’t feel any more burn for the added time. I would prefer more clear, verbal instructions prior to starting the exercises, rather than “like this” with a single rep demonstration. Offering more cues to where we should feel the work would be incredibly helpful for those of us with different set ups. There were a few exercises that didn’t seem to do anything, but it’s possible I was doing it wrong. I would happily trade the cheerleading for form cues.
