- Description: Today is ab and leg day so I started the workout with Bulgarian split squats(3x12). The next workout I did was deadlifts(3x12-110 lbs). Those are the only two leg workouts I did. The next workout was hanging leg raises(set 1-15, sets 2/3-12) and the last workout I did was crunches (3x20).
