This woman has one of the most unique and expressive voices in the history of singing, and she also writes songs that are both musically compelling and filled with the deepest wisdom. She is an angel. It's not a dream; it's the sacred now.
What a combination. Her song writing and her UNIQUE & BEAUTIFUL voice, makes this woman a TREASURE.
Shame about the totally unnecessary backing track.
Iris opened with this at the Vancouver Folk Festival on Saturday. Her voice was astonishingly beautiful. My brain melted when she hit the first note.
Iris played Islington Town hall last night Wednesday 1st November with Ana Egge and Liz Draper.....
What a fantastic show!

My daughter's Jess and Sophe cried at the encores it was that moving : " Let the Mystery Be" and "Our Town."
One of those nights which will NEVER ever be forgotten.

I had said to check William M Ramsay an archaeologist who though Acts (a book in Bible) was fiction, set out to prove it, and ended up confirming info in Acts and changed tosaying it's true. Acts is the backbone of the New Testament.
For Jesus Christ, if you look at the "historical Jesus" on wiki then you will see most historians say he really existed and saying he didn't is a fringe theory.
