I got one, you were right on the money Sir. I have had it now for about 5 days. Thank you so much, you helped an old soldier sleep a lot better. I hate walmart, and the horse they rode in on. I do however value your opinion. I sure do thank you for your video(s). I am also going to take my SS benefits at 62, just a little over 12 months from now (if I live that long). My wife sleeps on it every night. She says it is fine. It is firm, but a thin eggshell on top could take care of that if you don't like a firm mattress.
Do you think I could put this on top of a Queen box springs? I've tried to level out mine with 3/4 inch plywood, nope. I tried memory foam at my sons.....thankfully he has air conditioner turned way down.
DoingItCheap thank you. I noticed on line they had ones with springs and ones without springs and several different brands. Which kind did you get. I'm concerned about the springs poking through.

I am very pleased. Some people might want an eggshell on top of this mattress to make it softer, but I am so big I have to have the firmness or I would be bumping bottom !!

Amen paw paw thanks cuz we got a spring mattress and I wake up with my shoulders and neck hurting so bad can't stand it. Looked at these at Walmart and didn't get it for the exact reason you said thank you so much cuz now that I know I'm gonna go and snag one of these for sure cuz that a hell of a lot cheaper than ( the mattress store). Me and my wife has the some exact mattress at our camp ! We can only acess our camp by boat ! So that is why this mattress ! Inside this box the matress is wrapped with plastic ! Once you cut the plastic the mattress sort od inflates !! Memory foam I think ! A really great mattress ! We have been very happy with our ! And that is a good thing ! We would play hell I if we were to try to take it back ! Once you cut that plastic you will never ever get it back into that box ! You will see what I mean !

I'm doing a subcontract job 70 miles away free servicing an 100 year old house my wife got me a 20in thick Queen size air mattress from Fingerhut and it sleeps better than my bed. I get some money from this job I'm going to go get one of those at Walmart cuz I'm built just like you are and if you sleep good and I know that I'll sleep good thanks buddy
All jokes aside.... have you had a sleep study done. I thought I couldn't sleep in a bed also. Turns out I have sleep apnea. Life with a CPAP machine ain't bad. Great sleep and well rested.

I am starting to feel better every day as I wake up with less and less pain. I am no longer stiff like I used to be. I feel 15 years younger.
Hmm, I might have to look into these. We have a camper & have thought about upgrading the matresses to better ones.
I believe what makes this a good choice is the three different foams in it.

Firm. We use a mattress topper on it to soften it.
