I have celiac disease. I went undiagnosed for a long time. Even contamination is a problem. It causes your body to not absorb nutrients. I have osteopenia because of celiac disease. Which is the stage before osteoporosis. Brittle bones. Im 36 years old. I would def stay away from all gluten even if it touched it if you have celiac. I’m not sure if you said you have celiac or if you are just intolerant.
Oh my goodness. I’m so sorry, it’s the worst. I am going to be very strict next year, well I guess forever now. I’m not sure how bad mine is, but my nose runs every time I eat it and it feels like someone is jabbing a knife in my joints 🥺 those are just a couple of symptoms I get when I eat anything with gluten. I’m going to take your advice and try to not touch it too. Thank you for this comment 🫶
