I'm glad you and your Jurassic Park survived the storm.
Joshua. N. Knoebel. I LOVE THIS COMMENT👏👏👏🖒
😂😂
Hahahaha
Joshua Knoebel ha ha nice reference
Lol it’s so true
Now I understand how so many exotic animals escape into the wilds of Florida. Glad your animals are okay.
Sher Thom and thay are released like an example is camelions thay release them so thay can breed then thay gather them up and sell them.

Use your jeep to push the giant bamboo back on its roots and give it some support, cover the roots of the cactus tree, and leave that downed tree in your big pond! The turtles will probably like the deadwood
Tortoise at 4:58 "You have no idea what I've been through"
how the hell did he push through three concrete blocksd..? he must be hench!!
King what kind of tortoise is it? Can you please let me know :)
+Angelo A not sure, sulcata? i'm no tortoise master like the keen man. i know he keeps his sulcatas out in the yard similar to that tortoise though.
+Angelo A Actually if I had to guess I think it's an Aldabra Tortoise. But again, I'm no master at all.
King Okay, Thank You :)
Glad you guys are ok
Well, could have been so much worse. Know that is not what you want to hear. Do you have a chipper? Hell of a compost pile you are looking to form. Use your truck and gently push the Giant Bamboo up again, stake it and tie it off. It will be fine. Remove any damaged sections. It can take it. Glad you all are well. Hi Kate!
I'm so glad to see that you and the turtles are ok. I'm looking forward to watching things be put back right again...God bless my friend!
FAR better than expected! Clean up isn't nearly as awful as downed homes! This was supposed to be FAR worse and COMPLETELY devastate everything in and NEAR its path but it DIDN'T do that. You need help with clean up? Once I can get a flight into FL, I'm happy to help everyone I can! In Tornado Alley, after a major tornado blows through the area... we're just grateful when everyone is found safe and our homes are still standing. Lives are certainly more important than "things." Things can be fixed and cleaned up. You definitely showed why USDA requires double doors on exterior perimeters!
Kenan - good to see u. The Optunia cactus that blue over will be fine - pick it up (if possible - heavy) put back in ground (prob need to dig hole) and stake. Any other pads of Optunia can be planted - as singles - in plastic pots in a coarse Cacti & Succulent mix (plant top side up). They will form roots and can be planted out next spring / summer. Any small trees that are blown over, with roots attached, can be lifted and staked. All the best Simon (Australia)

BLOODY FUCKING LEGEND Hah - iPhone predictive text!! Thanks
everist22 was a really bad game I had a bad drawing but it wasn’t really good at drawing it but I gotta is it like it is really good and I wanna was the one I got for you doing the thing you can see.
I'm from Houston, and watching this about a year after. After watching your Irma prep, all I could think of was all the flooding during Harvey, and the damage that not only homes but animals took. Some people lost entire herds of cows and horses, amung other effected. So I was genuinely terrified on your behalf.
I'm so happy you didn't have any major water damage and your animals faired well!!!
Keep your head up Kenan! Glad all animals and everyone are ok.
it's too bad about the plants and the clean up but very glad to hear the animals and you are ok 👍
Hope you and your animals stay safe Kenan!
Charles Diggleberry what are you talking about we already stayed safe during the hurricane lol
Tyron Williams that doesn't mean there won't be any repercussions
I think you're plants will weather. You can leave the ficus about as it is and connected branches that are near the ground will root and make it more gnarled. That big cactus and the bamboo just need their feet put back and the stress relieved, I think someone mentioned staking and that's what I'd do. While the fruit trees haven't been down long take cuttings! And the ones that are just bent cut them back to where you'd like them and hope like hell. All those pad type cactus, well basically any cactus, can root. Store the cactus pads until they callus then put them somewhere not too wet and nice and sandy and they'll give you an army. I think the storm has lent a hand in giving you a more gnarled naturalistic Jurassic feel. Great time to add new fruit trees, some cool ferns and fast growing plants like banana trees. Wish I lived closer and could volunteer to help you sort out the landscaping. Giant wood chip and compost pile is right, if you have the time and mix in some reptile waste then you could make a pretty respectable hill with all that. Or make some pretty beds. Good luck! And I'm glad none of the plants have passed the point of no return. -Someone who cares equally about the plants as he does the animals.
Really happy that you and all of your animals made it through the storm alright Kenan.
Hurricane Irma was the worst!!
I was stuck at the hospital for a 72 hour lock down and when i finally got to see what the outside looked like I was in complete shock and couldn't wait to see my family and my little bearded dragon that i missed soo much!! I asked them to take him in the cat carrier because i didn't want to bring him to a shelter for 3 days i freak out if he doesn't get feed for the day. Lol
Glad you and your animals are safe 😊
Phew. I was expecting everything to be destroyed. Thank god you and all the animals are okay.
All Things Wildlife lol must not be in Florida there's not that much of a threat with a cat 3 i think it was actually cat 2 hurricane
Tyron Williams its a cap 2? That it. I thought it was a cap 4 or 5. I feel like an idiot XD
I know it was three years ago, but I love the fleet of plant people coming to the rescue in the comment section! RUclips communities are so cool
you gotta appreciate this guys positivity.
So happy to see you guys and all the animals are safe! Blessings to you Kenan!
Hon, you still have your house and your animals are all alright. That's a great blessing. Glad you are well!
I'm curious as to why people disliked this video, I love all your videos man. Really glad everyone made it okay
I started watching you videos just before this and now it’s April 2022. Time flies when you’re having fun
Thank you for staying with us!👊🤠
It's May 2022 and I'm re-watching videos.. Who else is walking around at @2:02 near the "snake shed"?
We should all volunteer to get the camp cleaned up!
Definitely shows why USDA requires double doors at perimeters... entrances/exits! One fails, there's another to stop the animal from escaping!
you need some goats lol I will like this because no one else will
Im glad you and your Animals are safe.! Just some cleaning to do but i hope everything gets back to normal. Especially those beautiful trees, hope they can be saved!!!!!!!
Good to see you and everyone safe
Slinky needs some treats... Sassy! Can only imagine how scary the storm was for your animals. We can understand what is happening and mentally prepare. They can't. Poor reptilian babies
Luckily everyones safe and accounted for! I love how you are with Kate, you are so sweet to her but mess with her a little at the same time lol. Like you said just take it slow and round up some helpers and you will be back in shape in no time :)
Oh god bless you your animals and wildlife
I am from New York and I have family down in Florida. Everyone I know got real lucky and escaped without any major damage. Like Kenan, they will have a ton of clean up to do. Trees can be replaced, but people and animals cannot.
The power of nature.
Always love seeing Kate in the videos and glad slinky didn't get out
Glad everyone's ok!👐👐👐
Everything else can be replanted/used for the reptiles😊🖒🖒💚💜
I wish I could comedown and help :D I live in Dallas tho XD
To save the giant bamboo: dig out around the uprooted area. Then put straps around the base of the uprooted stalks then winch them back up to 90 degrees... backfill the root ball and water profusely, should be ok.
Glad you and your animals are safe!
The amount of destruction the hurricane caused is so sad. :(
I’m happy all your little animals are safe sorry about all your beautiful trees you Fix them I wish I was there to help hugs 🤗
Glad you got out better than most people. good lesson for sure on vegetation maintenance for the property.
Glad y'all are safe and all critters are to.
Sorry to see all the damage, hope everything goes okay with cleaning it up.
glad the damage wasn't to bad. Stay safe and god bless.
Im glad you're ok....
I wish kyle is ok too....
Glad you guys are alright and all your animals are okay. every one seems to be saying it could have been a lot worse and
Glad your animals are ok. Good luck with cleaning debris.
Hi, I've been checking for updates from you quite often. So I am pleased to see that all living beings are well. My heart goes out to you though. I am located in New Zealand, where I live we have the constant threat of earthquakes and tsunamis. We had a particularly bad earthquake in November of last year, evacuation looked compulsory because I live by the sea and the Tsunami seemed close. But it would be difficult to take all my critters with me. I was willing to stay and not evacuate in order to stay with them. Glad two are well, and I will stay tuned.
Glad you and your loved ones are safe as well as your critters, everything else canbe sorted out in time. Take care :)
prayers with you. you have a big clean up ahead of you
So Glad you and the animals are ok!!!! It will be a lot of work but everything can be cleaned up and you'll appreciate it even more.!!!
Glad you, the buildings and critters are all ok
Glad everyone is unharmed Kenan. Sorry about your favorite plants :/ I weathered the storm up in Tampa got a lot of work to do myself.
Thanks for the update! At least it appears all the animals, buildings and fencing made it through just fine.
i am glad you service the storm
And the giant bamboo is savable, just remember:
1.dig out the hole for it to go back in
2. have something to push it back in
3. Have something to Pull on the other side, high up as you can go, gentle/slowly back to the hole
And stake it off
Hey guys!!!! Happy to see everyone is ok. Just remember man, all the trees and things can be replaced, animals/loved ones can't !!! We love your videos, and has been an inspiration to add some tortoises to our collection one day!!!!
A little cleanup but things look pretty good! Glad the animals are OK!
Love this weather
I live in Tampa Florida. I went to an elementry school for a shelter. And I felt really bad for this one lady because all her baby kittens died from stress. All eight of them
glad you and all are ok. thought about you guys all through Irma.
Wow, your porch is huge, I'm glad some people who deserve this kind of stuff actually get it! You're amazing.
I was thinking about y'all this whole weekend, hoping for the best. Its def a bummer, but all in all, the animals fared well. Nothing a little elbow grease can't pick up, and time for a bit of the plants to reestablish themselves. Wishing you the best from Texas Kenan!
thank God you guys are ok.
Glad you guys are good man! Reuse a lot of those branches for your enclosures your fallen trees will come back just cover the roots. Stay safe man!
My children and I enjoy your shows very educational. We own a cherry head tortoise.
Glad you guys made it ,If you need some info on the repairs and upgrades give me a message .I have experience in building to survive 100 mph winds something that seems to be lacking in the us .
happy to see you got thru the storm ok.
Wow I am glad your family and your animals are ok. Where I live in 🇨🇦 we don’t get hurricanes.
Good thing everyone's okay 😌.
glad all animals are ok, hope the plant loss is less than you think!
That's what my most worries were the trees and branches coming down, glad it wasn't too much of damage, got lucky..
But be careful with the clean up..
💯❤
Glad all of ya are OK.
Can't wait for the next update video.
I'm so happy your ok
Think of it this way, all of your trees got a little pruning
I'm glad to see none of the beautiful animals you have got hurt! So scary how everything is right now... Half the world with too much water with wind and the other half with not enough water and wind which is making one hell of a fire. So scary!
Hi Kennan , It could be worst. Glad to see you again! You need a strong gardener to put on the good way many trees and plants
!
All the damage sucks but I'm glad you and everyone else is safe!
Hope everyone continues to be safe!
One enclosure at a time Kenan.
Really happy everything looks good for you Kenan!
Hopefully power returns soon
This reminds me of when a storm was going by and we had no warning. My house was literally shaking and that wasnt bad compared to other areas that had furniture and roofs flying away😨 The next morning when I was walking to the bus the ground was covered in branches
Good time to make changes while you cleaning up
Happy to see everyone is OK. Was worried for you. Love your channel.
glad to see yall made it through!
One thing thou.. you got so much good stuff to pimp you're "indoor" terrariums, which you talk alot about when you to other peoples indoor collections ;) ;)
We got it just as bad in north FL. I'm glad you guys are okay. I don't have anything to do but walk around and look for anything that may need help. Our power line got slit into three. It was terrifying.
Most important thing is that you're ok. To many of us in the Caribbean was awful.
Kate's such a good sport! Glad it wasn't any worse for you guys!
If you have any cactus limbs/pads
You can salvage them.
If there thornless cactus pricker-less pear watch out for the glockheads - small modified cactus thorns.
I just became a patron I love ur video and what u teach me about all kind of animals
I'm glad you and your animals are ok
Glad you are Ok
Keep safe and I am happy you guys are alright!
How amazing is the news about the Floreana Galapagos tortoises? 🙌🏻👌🏻🐢 The 2013 breeding program based at the Galapagos national park has produced dozens of pure breed floreana torty's Fantastic news! 🤗🐢👌🏻
A shame with all your beautiful trees it was painful to watch but you and your animals are the only thing that matters
Very happy y’all are safe and the animals are all good. That Slinky is a little devil 😈
im glad you and your family are alright !!
Awe slinky glad hes ok and everyone else
been watching vids from your channel for awhile now.. glad you and your animals are ok, stay safe sir..
I was wondering if there would be lot of crocodiles and gators roaming around because of the storm.
719Moto Mx not to mention the huge snakes from the everglades
Stay safe
Glad to hear it's just a lot of clean up Kenan. I just don't understand how 8 people can thumbs down this video???? What is wrong with these people?
