What a surprise to see our building featured! We own here but as retirees we knew from the start that we would be renting out in high season to manage the investment. We enjoy the building for part of our time, then move to a rental in a more local area and love the contrast! As you have learned, local areas have their charms. Our strategy pays the bills and allows visitors to enjoy an in demand tourist area.
Nice! You all made an amazing investment. Glad to see you here. I wonder what local area you are living in the rest of the year? We have. probably passed you on the street! Thanks for watching and commenting!
The apartment is OK but certainly not for that price point! The prices in Vallarta pushed us away - along with too many tourists and it feels like a US city rather than Mexico
The prices do tend to be higher in Vallarta. Did you find another place in Mexico? We love our neighborhood as it is very much a neighborhood and not the tourist area. Thanks for watching and commenting. Buen día :)
That price is for a lease of up to one year...most people who rent in this building tend to stay 3-4 months during the winter, or "high" season at $3500 a month!
I’ve walked right by that building Would be nice to know how long the pool is for swimming laps Very fun location Thanks for the inside view At 3500 a month it’s just over 100$ a night which bests many hotels Looks safe too Thanks Let’s meet for a pedicure next time
Sights and Sounds of Mexico then show us how the average Mexico lives, not some wealthy Expats or Mexicans whick is not really Mexico overall. I have lived full time in Mexico for many many years, first came here to the PV area in the 70s.
These are the sights and sounds of the Mexico we know. We are happy to share our experiences with our viewers. Have you seen our new video about our neighborhood walk? What part of Bucerias are you in?
Love apt for 1 bedroom way too high price there other options much more reasonable but not as new I love puerto vallarta romantic zone but soon it's going too be all upscale condos unaffordable the Mexico character is bringing taken away builders getting rich people being squeezed out sad
You guys are awesome. It was so nice to meet you! You opened my eyes to living in Mexico. Great video! 😊
I could stare at that ocean view all day. Lovely tour. Thank you Louisa and Michael.
Isn't it beautiful!? We love it and agree...never gets old. Thanks for watching!
I love the outside decor of this apartment. The wall of flowers is so creative and the tree with all the bird houses is awesome! Nice video!

Thanks for the tour! I loved this video!
That is a really pretty apartment and the amenities are very nice! Way too expensive for me.

@ We will be in Las Canoas Jan thru’ March. Just around the corner from the Kiosko!
@@kat7544-t1h that’s right around the corner from us!
Nice apt too bad about the price point being so high. If money was no object it would be wonderful 😊

The price $3,500 USD is for a year lease?

Are you being told by some people that $300 US Dollars for your lovely apt is too much?

That is way over priced
We obviously don't think so. Have a great day!

It is definitely changing. We are loving our area of Puerto Vallarta as it is away from the touristy areas.
