The most important question for apts/condos is how are they built for soundproofing between floors/walls. New construction is especially poor at this. if you watch the construction, it's just wood with maybe a brick facade.

Zero respect for Pinnacle, they built their massive Signature building with pricing commensurate with condos with incredible views, which they had, until Pinnacle started building across the street blocking most views of the original Signature building.

It's beautiful! However, this is meant for a wealthy person who doesn't mind spending this kind of money for a very small place. Even if one rents it out, how much rent can they charge to make the ROI worth it? At that high price, it would be better to live in it and enjoy it's beauty yourself. When I move to Mexico, I'm planning to live well below my means so this would be too pricey way for me. Nice video, though!

Last month I was in PV looking for an apartment last time I was there was 2005. Very over priced and over rated my wife and I could not go in the water due to the sewage being dumped into the ocean. Someone tried to steal my wife’s pocketbook while we were walking . Downtown has become the place to be if your gay. I am a permanent resident. I’ve lived in México since 2004. I expect most of these people buying overpriced places took seconds out on their homes in the states, and Canada. I guess most of the adjustable rate loans will be adjusting now after five years I expect most areas prices are going to crash soon like the United States I’ve seen north Americans move to Cabo San Lucas prices skyrocketed restaurant skyrocketed locals pushed out. I still wouldn’t move there even if the prices were cut in half.
That is CRAZY-465,000 way way overpriced ,you cant compare everything to NY or California 2 of the most over valued areas -I am a builder of 42 years -at 520 ft -they built that unit for no more than 52,000 at 100 per ft-labor is cheaper there-and to prove my point-check out Thailand -far better construction -direct oceanfront condos-rent for 500-600 for a 600 sq ft condo nicer than this-10% rule cost them 50k to build a 500 ft condo- that you can buy all day 50-60k-Mexico is NO BARGIN -this is a joke sorry
WAY over priced. In my experience these apartment have zero capacity to provide quiet if there as a couple. It's a small space not well designed. Lots of noise 24 hrs from the street, the neighbors etc. I would never put myself through this torture in only 520 sq feet. I can buy 4bd 3 bath a house for that.
