Hi Beth! I’m a male home bound physician that has taken up cooking as a hobby. I discovered your channel and just love your recipes! My wife loves them too when I cook for her! Followed your quiche and salad dressing recipes and can’t wait to try so many more! Thanks so much!!
Ah yes it was given to us as a wedding present by a very talented Potter Roy Hamilton. You can check out his site here :) Such a sweet and talented man! royhamiltonstudios.com/about
LOL! Wow what is your secret!? I can't even get my girls to consider salad as an option! :( Could you come over and sprinkle your magic fairy dust on them! LOL xx
All of the dressings look amazing. Grape Seed is a wonderful oil to use. I really like the french dressing you shared and will have to try it soon. One of my favorite dressings to make is an Asian dressing with ginger and honey, oh yum.
I just thought that u should know I found your Chanel a few weeks ago through kin and OH MY GOSH I am addicted. I used to cook the same dishes everyday but now I am eager to try new things and 'spice' up some old things. I love your channel so much I really do honestly think it's the best cooking channel on you tube.
+Brooklyn Barbie Aww you are too kind :) Thanks for that. I am so glad you are enjoying the videos! And trying new things! In fact I have a series of collabs airing in January around that theme, called "New Year, New Dinner!" which will give you some new dinner ideas as well! :)
Aw thanks. We'll have some fun with this series for sure :) Yes I agree on the sugar and salt in those store bought dressings. I'm not sure why they do that?! Drowns out all the flavor of everything! :)
i usually eat my green salad with balsamic + extra virgin olive oil dressing, top w/ some parmesan at home.. easy and delicious, i don't really like to eat vegies but i love salad
I will make the French one! I love the fact that you're sharing French Recipes, but what makes them more wonderful, is they come from the home ...Merci. :) Italians eat salad after the main course too. :) Better way than before the meal like Americans do. :)
Thanks for mentioning Vegan alternatives waaaay back in 2014. I love your videos ca. 2021, but eat mostly plant based and really appreciate your nod to different diet choices.
If I would buy salad dressings my parents would think I'm crazy. We ALWAYS make our own dressings and I don't like the store bought ones anyways :) I'm glad you tought me some new ones to switch up my go to salad dressings!
Well Beth ! U are so amazing that it just feels good to watch the way you explain the recipes and the Do's and the dont's :) I haven't anyone see someone dedicate themselves in explaining the mistakes and remedies that can be made during the recipes ! U are doing a great job... Every time i watch your videos... its usually goes on for hours together :) I am from India and I feel so encouraged to try so many new things that you share:) Way to go :)
Fantastic dressing recipes for us there Beth, thank you so much! I can't wait to give them all a try. The potato salad looked so yummy I've decided it's on the menu chez nous this evening, lol. :-) xxx
Yum, yum, YUM!! :) Love all these dressing recipes. I would also love to learn hoe to make homemade ricotta cheese and a couple recipes to use it in. TFS!
Beth, I love when you mention vegan options in your videos!! Also, even though I am vegan and can't eat most of your recipes, I still love watching all of your videos. :) I would love to see a vegan/vegetarian video if you are up to it!! Thanks!
Oh yes of course! My brother's girlfrend is Vegetarian and so now I'm even more conscious of coming up with recipes that can be modified for when she's over :) So yes more meatless on their way, I'm thinking perhaps for earth day :)
Those look so delicious! I love French dressings as well. I'm some how fluent in French and no one in my family is French. I'm not taking French lessons either. Its just my crazy self :)
This is marvelous!!! I'm always in for some good salad dressings and of course homemade is better! Anyways Beth, can you please teach us how to make a bread that is full of seeds (sesame, flaxseed, sunflower) and oats specifically oats, and all that kind of cute ingredients) I've been looking for something of the sort with no avail for months now.
We add to our horseraddish dressing beetroot - cooked and finely grated. The spicyness of horseraddish and sweetness of beetroot go really well together. We use this dressing (or sause) alongside with meety meals - like barbeque meat. I like to taki it in meaty sandwich... or, actually, I like it on it's own xD
Great recipes! I love a homemade buttermilk dressing. Never thought of using Greek yogurt. Really cuts the fat and is better for you! I ate at The Cheesecake Factory and they topped by chicken with an arugula salad and I thought it was amazing and so glad you posted something with a homemade dressing to go over arugula so I can make at home!! I luv homemade ice creams but not a fan of the eyes in some recipes. Any ideas on some without? :-)
Hi Beth, I wondered if you could add the quantity each of these recipes makes, how long can they be stored, and where to store them. I'd love to try a different one weekly but
Hi Beth, could you please help me figure out what salad side dish I can pair with an Italian Tuscan pasta? My culinary final practical project requires us to prepare a grilled chicken breast in white wine sauce with a starch (potatoes, pasta, or rice) including veggies as a side dish. I will pair the chicken with penne pasta and I am stuck what vegetable to incorporate or add as side dish to complete the serving. I would love to hear your suggestion. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing! Just tried the ranch dressing and it was AMAZING! This version is so much better with the greek yogurt ^_^ . Can you post more healthier alternatives like this?
love this new series!!!! I would love to know your opinion on whether homemade pasta is worth it or not. We made it one time with an elderly Italian friend, and to be honest, after all the work I couldn't taste a difference. What is your opinion?
LOL! OK your comment made me laugh out loud because I had the same exact experience with my Dad! We spent ALL DAY making homemade pasta and really??? Was not worth all that effort! This is why I love this new series idea Ha! Because some things are worth the effort and others are not! But I would say a fun thing to do, for a Homemade Cheat is to buy the "store-bought fresh lasagna noodles" and make homemade ravioli out of them. All the hard work is already done and you get to just do the fun part. I'll be sharing this one soon :) Because that IS worth the effort! :)
Aw thanks for your sweet comments. Oh yes here's a great cinnamon roll recipe! I did on Kin they are SOOOOO Good! Enjoy! Beth's Christmas Morning Breakfast || KIN EATS
Summer's coming up, how about a barbecue sauce? I would love to start making my own and would appreciate your take on it! I love an original KC Masterpiece, something that's not too sweet or too tangy and has amazing spices. Thank you for this dressing video! I'm looking forward to making ranch dressing for the first time.
Hey Beth! Love your videos, wondering if you can make a recipe for a great mac and cheese! Or maybe your favorite fish dish? I know you have done a couple fish dishes, but I want your absolute favorite! I also would really like to see a strawberry rhubarb pie! :) love those!
Amy Reiko Chin Hi Amy! Yes I have 2 great Mac & Cheese recipes for you. Here's one my kids love that I did on Kin Healthier Mac & Cheese Recipe || KIN EATS and here's one I did on my own channel Beth's Fancy Mac & Cheese Recipe and yes more fish dishes coming up! And just love the idea of Strawberry Rhubarb pie! That's coming too :)
Awww I wish my brother in-law lived here! He's the oyster MASTER! Maybe this is one my husband could share :) If you noticed from the picture in this video I'm a bit of a whimp when it comes to oysters, but my husband's family goes nuts for them. And my sister-in-laws make the most delicious sauces to go with them. A great thing to serve around Christmas time when they are in season :) That would be a fun segment for sure!
Hello Beth how are you? i would love to know how to make homemade beans (white, black red...depending if there is any difference in the cooking process) and lentils. granted a lot of these come canned but i suffered the unfortunate ordeal of burning some of the dry hard white beans. come to find the process is a bit more extensive then just sticking them in boiling waiter. if you could please make a video i would be very thankful.
I would love to know if you know how to make homemade sour dough bread. I have tried once and it was pretty good but I was wondering what or if any recipe you might have?
Oh, I'll have to try all of these dressings. They look wonderful. Also, you are so talented! Are you self taught or do you have a culinary arts background?
Aw thanks Meg. Ha no culinary arts background! The closest training I had was working in a bakery when I was 15, through high school. I just have always cooked A LOT (like serious obessive like cooking lol!) My family has always made fun of me after large meals like thanksgiving or easter when the last dish was done and put away they find me flipping through cookbooks to "relax" "How can you even think about food they say??!!" This channel allows me to think about food all the time! That's why I love it so! LOL!
+Entertaining With Beth, I do the same thing to relax and my family makes do much fun of me. I tell mu family that i read them to get new ideas for fantastic meals! And then they leave me alone because when I'm in the kitchen they know there's going to be a great meal coming their way! Love you Beth! Greetings from Winnipeg!
Ha! Yes I do :) Ya think it's OK? I prefer the editing, it's easier than the shooting! I had some issues on the shooting of this one that I had to work around. But glad you thought it looked good. :)

Surprisingly enough, salad is on my picky eaters "I eat this" list. Thank you for giving me some ideas for mixing up the dressings!!!
Oh yes that's a great one too! :) Love those Japanese dressings with the ginger! :)
The creamy balsamic vinigrette and salad as shown were excellent! Will definitely make this again and again....
I can't get enough of that whisk! And I love that you used the grapeseed oil for two of the dressings, it's one of my favorite oils.
LOl! I know right? People at my house make fun of it, but it's really it's the best little thing! I can't stop using it! :)
Tried the last one with some lettuce and peanut. I also put a small clove of garlic in it. Yum
That horseradish potato salad looks so good. Yum!
Your smile shines so bright for spring!
Thank-you for being so real Beth. You just seem so...authentic. Your videos are a joy to watch! :D
I’m a huge fan of this channel. Always classy .

Home-made is always better the store brought. I find store brought either to sweet or salty. I adore this new series idea.
Aw thanks. We'll have some fun with this series for sure :) Yes I agree on the sugar and salt in those store bought dressings. I'm not sure why they do that?! Drowns out all the flavor of everything! :)

I LOVE each and every one of these salad dressings. TFS!
These are amazing! Will definitely try the horseradish one!
I love the fact that you put vegan options! Thank you!
If you have a milk frothing wand it also works wonders for emulsifying your salad dressing! Does all your whisking for you so much quicker
These all look delicious! Can't wait to try.
I will make the French one! I love the fact that you're sharing French Recipes, but what makes them more wonderful, is they come from the home ...Merci. :) Italians eat salad after the main course too. :) Better way than before the meal like Americans do. :)
Proof there's no reason to buy salad dressing! I am going to buy red whine vinegar asap. Thanks for this!
Ha! So true! No need! You can make one of these dressings faster than it would take to find the dressing aisle in the supermarket! LOL! Enjoy! :)
I will try these!! And I'm getting one of those whisks. So cute!
Ha! You will love it I'm sure! They are soooo handy! :)
