The painting you were thinking of was likely George Washington Crossing the Delaware December 25th,1776. It shows an icy crossing of the Delaware river to kill/ capture a town of sleeping German mercenarys hired by the British.
The last clip of the guy running down past the people is taken at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver Colorado. The area he was running was the seating for the venue. When there aren't shows people use it all the time for excercise. It is a steep angle and if I remember right there are around 100 rows of seating going up the side of the mountain. Add in the fact that that is around 6 or 7 thousand feet in elevation and the lighter amount of oxygen makes it a great place for people to work out at. Seeing a show there is absolutely breathtaking. I've worked there and gone to shows there and it is one of my favorite venues for concerts.
10.18 is fire fighters training not ninja warriors. There are special buildings like that on the fire station and only fire fighters use that kind of ladder.

The idiot on the motorcycle doing trick riding on the highway need to be arrested, it endangers other people. I have been riding for 51 yrs and it is people like that who give motorcycle riders a bad name.
