  • Millet is a gluten-free grain that’s rich in antioxidants, soluble fiber, and protein. In particular, it may regulate blood sugar levels and cholesterol. In this video, I have demonstrated on how to make the South Indian dish Idli using the Foxtail Millet, which is considered very good for people with Diabetics and High Cholesterol related issues. Positive Millets are the most effective millets.
