I am in ninth, but still got motivated by Nasir sir's video to study in 4 hour block earlier I used to study for straight away 6 hours but then the day further was too hectic this was a great idea .. it is really productive:)
As a 3rd year med student, i got everything right. I should probably come back to it in a few years and check if it's still the case

You to have an adequate amount of sleep and make sure you’re being active or working out daily it really helps with your energy levels. It also really helps if you can study not long after waking up rather than waiting.

I'm studying in Switzerland. Medical studies are a bit different here but my question was. To enter a medical school in the UK, do you HAVE to pass a certain exam ? Is it mandatory for everyone or can you obtain a certain equivalence from a foreign diploma/exam ?

A catalyst is a chemical substance that changes the rate of a chemical reaction. A catalyst is of two types:
1. A positive catalyst- which increases the rate of the chemical reaction.
2. A negative catalyst- which decreases the retake of the chemical reaction.
