Also learn to take them with a meal at sometime a day probably morning with something like eggs bc a dr. Said D3 need to be taken with some fatty acids food to work a d K2 help with bones,joints and teeth. I just got mine today!! God bless you!

I'm not sure if this is one of those things that you would feel the difference afterwards. I have a Vitamin D deficiency, which is why I take them. I will say I've had no negative side effects, or anything like that.

Just some water to "wash it down." It doesn't require you to drink a glass of water with it, or anything like that.

Probably a question for your doctor. I take them because I have a Vit D deficiency. I'll quit if that ever normalizes lol.
