Hi Chef please let me know if you are using induction or electric burners when cooking masala gravies in pressure cooker. I use stainless steel pc to cook masala gravies on an ceramic electric stove and the masala usually ends up sticking at the bottom of the pot. Please , please respond thank you. I don’t even cook on high it is usually set on medium low.
WHen using stainless steel bottom pans using the masala sticks, the trick to protect them is to cook in medium flame and keep adding little water time and again, otherwise they will stick to the bottom...

Hyderabadi Mahi ka Khaliya Recipe .. ▪Ingredients :- 40-50 minute 6-7 servings 250 gm Mutton 50 gm Dry coconut 20 gm Peanut 1 tsp Til/sesame seeds 2 Onion to taste Salt 1 tsp haldi/ Turmeric Powder 2 tsp Mirchi/red chilli powder 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp zeera( cumin) powder 2 tsp Coriander leaves 2-3 Hari mirchi(green chilli) 10-12 Curry leaves 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves 50 gm Tamarind Method :- 1Cut the dry coconut and onion, then roast dry coconut,peanut,sesame seed, coriander,zeera1tsp,onion, let them cool peel peanut skin, then grind into a smooth puree ina blender. Heat medium oil in a wok, add zeera, curry leaves,add mutton saute well for minute. 2. After sauted, add ginger garlic paste, salt, haldi, mix add masala and mirchi powder, mix well for a minute,add 1cup water mix and cover the lid for 15 minutes, in between saute it to stop sticky. 3. Cook masala till oil separates, after 15 minutes add tamarind water mix well add water, let it simmer and cook for 20 minutes, add hari mirchi and coriander.. Serve Hot. Enjoy It !! Too Much Luxurious Nizami Hyderabadi food must Try ..
