Kolkata mei Dum Alu nahin kehte hein, Alu Dum kaha jaata hai. Kolkata mei Imli nahin dalti. Puchkawale khilaate waqt jisko imli chahiye, daal dete hein, jisko Nimbu chahiye, woh daal dete hein.
Khade masaale fry / roast nahi kiya jaata hai. Authentic way is Bhigokar peesna padta hai, baad mei oil mei pakaate hein. Anyways...
Aapne jo banaaya, Bahut achcha lag raha hai 👌👌 Request ....
Naamkaran nahin karna chahiye. Pl. Don't take it otherwise.
Iska naam "Special Dum Aalu" hona hi behtar hoga.
