  • In a world today, that is teaching us to stay happy and positive all the time, are we putting ourselves under stress?
    It is good to be happy and positive but at the same time, it is perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, anxious, depressed or frustrated at times. It doesn't make you a bad person. These feelings just make you more of a human.
    So, don't be too hard on yourself. Next time, when you feel any such feeling..just sit with it, acknowledge it and then eventually taking your own time, find a way to chanelise these feelings in a better and positive way!!
