PRO TIP for anybody new to cooking with fresh ginger: if you have a grater, keep the ginger in the freezer and then just grate however much you need for the recipe while still frozen! Fresh ginger is so much less messy to grate while frozen and this helps keep your huge bit of ginger from going bad before you can use it all!!

I feel like you're one of the few vegan youtubers who actually eats realistic portions meant for humans. 🤩 I'm sick of watching people having a small bowl of veggies and calling it a meal. I have a full time job, I want to have something that will keep me satiated for hours, not have to constantly snack on celery or sth... 😂
Wow I am always amazed by the huge portion sizes on RUclipsrs videos. I would put on so much weight if I ate like they did, We must be watching different channels.I never believe people eat so much..
Notice how they barely snack. Amanda Ducks is also not a snacker and her portions are larger too. Other people just prefer more smaller portions of food throughout the day, that doesn't mean they eat like a mouse.

I've never had peshwari naan, so I was looking forward to this variation in your new cookbook, but it wasn't there ☹️, so I had to watch this again and listen to what Alex said he put in it. I just guessed on amounts and chucked them into the naan from your cookbook and, yum! I made it to go along with your sweet potato dahl. So good!
I also, could eat mushrooms until they come out my ears! Adore them, you've gotta make sure they caramelise, with a good splash of soy sauce, herbs and cracked black pepper; served on well buttered crusty, doorstop sized toast! 🤭🤤🥰xx
I will make Mushroom toast one day soon. But I got plans for the Mushrooms I have now. Going to make Mushroom Gravy to put on top of fries. That stir fry looks yummy. Will get me some Humus too. Well in school they delivered food cooked in the university hospital‘s kitchen. So we basically got the same food as people at hospital and people in prison and they charged us like 5,70€ for it for one portion and it wasnt nice food

Hello! Glad to see you enjoying kimchi! I'd suggest you try some korean meals like kimchi fried rice, kimchi sujebi (hand torn noodle soup), or soft tofu kimchi stew! (I know you like spicy so I think you'd love it) A youtuber called Maangchi does great video recipes on korean cuisine, so I'd recommend her. Hope that might brighten your day. Thank you for sharing your cooking ideas!
