If you haven’t already - check out Paris’ ‘21 early season buck harvest with the crossbow featured here. It’s now proven effective in the field! Thanks again to all who have watched. Be sure to subscribe for future reviews.
Great review! Thanks for sharing the outdoor passion with kids 👍🏼
Man great review. I just bought this yesterday evening at a local Bass pro. Went to my farm to sight it in, couldn't get it to shoot! Now I know, it's got to get the second 'click'! Thanks and keep that little deer killer close, they grow up way to soon.
lol I did the same thing first click stopped pulling. Now I pull past first click all the way back till can’t pull no more
Good review. Been looking at getting a crossbow for Bow season here in Michigan. Not competent with a stick or compound bow, so looking at crossbows. But know nothing about them. Seen this one, and Bear is pretty much the only Bow company I know by name. This review helped my decision quite a bit. Thanks.
You daughter is a natural sharp shooter! Great video, thanx.
Thank you for the info. I'm going to get one for my daughter you helped me make my decision.
You won’t be disappointed. She’ll love it! Good luck afield and thanks for watching.
Its a great video mate... I had the same crossbow and in the process of getting a vid together myself..
really helpful and thanks again.
I have the same crossbow here in the Uk and have to say it’s fantastic super powerful.. peace out Uk USA.🇬🇧🇺🇸
Thanks for the great candid review. Bear owes you a sale :)
Sold ! That’s all I needed to see thanks. .
Love her sweater!!!
You did an awesome job
Great review 👍 🇬🇧
I got a. bear xx trek. Its good crossbow. Light weight very accurate and didn't cost too much,,,
I always use top cross hair until I get to a yardage that the arrow impact is 5 inches lower than aiming point! Deer always drop once bow goes off,I'm sure you know that. I'd about say you could use top cross hair on that bow from 0- 40 in hunting situation! My old bow only shoots around 230 fps and it's good from 0-30 lined up dead on at 10 yards. Great review, seems like a great value
Sweet little girl take care of her dad ❤️
Thank you For the information I was really want to know if it really shot that fast and if it would shoot long distance And you answer my all my questions thank you. I have learned you can use the Half Moon Knox also. They are the ones I Shoot And they are accurate. Just wanted to let you know that also. Thank you
Great job on the video
GREAT SHOT
thanks for watching!
Hashtag, Hashmark! Lol, great review!
I'm buying one of these for a back up. Ten Points accudraw pro is really nice but the string freys very easy!!
Good video
What would make that bow even better would be a night vision scope on it
ok so I bought one of these bows a year ago, second pull I broke the plastic on the pull back string, got a new one for free. At the end of the first season the left limb broke, took it to my local shop this year and Bear covered the parts, ended up costing me $50. I ended up buying the pullback crank and used that about 10 times before the plastic on the pullback string broke the morning of my first bow hunt of the year so I went back to the manual pullback, 3 days later I watched the right limb break right in front of me in the blind. I emailed Bear, me and the guy went back and forth a couple times and he blamed me for all this because he said the recommended time to have the bow in the shooting position (pulled back) is 4 hours, the guy gives me no options on how to remedy the situation and stopped emailing me back so in a last ditch effort I emailed the Parent company and they forwarded it to the same guy that wouldn't email me back, now he tells me to send the bow in. This is where I am at right now, in the middle of bow season without a bow. I myself think that I just either had bad limbs or the 2 times I broke the plastic pullback string the limbs weakened and broke, I just hope when I get it back its fixed, anything else happens I'm gonna run it over with my truck.
Did you ever try the 10 Point Alpha illuminated nock? If so did they work?
I had my BearX constrictor I bought after bow season last year $500 plus just to have it snap on the opening day of deer season took it down to the local sporting good shop he called their bows we were told by Lucas the limbs are only good for four hours and the pressure has to be released and reloaded?? Swear to God there’s about six or seven of us listening to him say this the bear bow company!!! We were shocked what the hell you supposed to do when you hunt all day? Damn sure not gonna shoot it out of a tree stand? Won’t be buying bear ever again
Not having a cocking system and having to use particular bolts is a deal breaker for me. Especially the bolts.
Great video . Does it have a aluminum rail or is it all composite???
Did you ever find some lighted knocks for the arrows?
Good video
Are you sure they are made in USA?
We can’t speak to all parts being made in the USA... I’d have to defer to the company. What we can say with certainty is Escalade Sports is based in Evansville, IN and they employ quite a few folks. Thus, why we support their products.
Thanks for watching!
How’s the crossbow been holding up? Ive seen a couple of reviews talking about broken limbs.
What grain field tip and hunting broadhead are you using with this crossbow
125 grain Muzzy Trocar. We also tested QAD exodus in the same weight and both flew tremendous out to 50 yards (the max we tested them...) Thanks for watching
them nocks are glued in there hard to get out.
Hallo everybody.
I like this xbow very much.
I'm trying to understand ,wether it's a good idea to buy one.
In every review seen so far, it's said to be a very good and precise bow.
But,my doubts are more in the durability of it.
Maybe,is there anybody ,who owns this bow from a long time, who has shot it quite a lot of times, enough to point out some issues, regarding the limbs,or other parts?
I would appreciate very much to read some experiences, and eventually some advices, from "longtime owner", about this beautiful xbow.
Thanks
Roberto
Did the alpha nocks work?
What stand are you using in the shop? Thanks for the video.
It’s a Caldwell tripod. When afield, any trigger stick is stable enough for the kiddos as well. Thanks for watching!
1500 to 2700 for bows is nuts
Agree - this is a great value and has proven very effective in afield.
You could’ve gotten an Excalibur GRZ2 for $499 and that would have been your forever crossbow. Excalibur’s are the best.
American made my ass I bought myn from academy sports and it came from Taiwan
