For IICs, there is no difference. My audiologist confirmed that this is mostly a marketing update, not a real hardware update. Note that they have to hide behind buzzwords like “neural” and “Polaris platform” to convince you, rather than actually laying out specific differences. I have worn Opns for the last couple of years and they have been awful.

Interesting. But technology for custom aids outdated - only available in Opn 2017-18. Outranked by rival Phonak and others!

Oticon Own is the new custom hearing aids being released now (but I agree until the launch of the new oticon Own, shame there isn't a rechargeable option with the new ones!)
