Pregnancy Skincare for Eczema and Acne

Hey pretty people, today I'm talking products that helped me get through the eczema and acne of early pregnancy. Unfortunately you can't use tretinoin while pregnant, so I'm keeping the glow going with tons of moisture instead. During the first trimester my skin was a mess (peeling, flaking, hormonal acne), so if you're going through the same thing - you're not alone. I am using pregnacare breast-feeding tablets as my baby is 6 months, I have an eczema, so want to know if those tablets trigger or heal my eczema?
