Вроде каждому хоть сколь-нибудь отдалённо знакомому с электрикой известно, что медь с алюминием нельзя скручивать, гальваническая пара. Но товарищам на видео - нет.

@@Skiminok60 нет, это зарядное для аккумуляторов для грузовиков. Делают по старой-доброй технологии, не то что современные импульсные.
Кровь из глаз... Особенно "порадовали" переключатель режимов перекидкой обмоток проводом снаружи и особенно один диод в выпрямителе (КПД прям огого...)). Ни тебе конденсаторов ни галетных переключателей... Даже предохранители из каменного века на передней панели, видимо горят часто))). Странно почему два, а диод один.?
На устройстве в конце ролика был только один предохранитель. Это, видимо, следующее поколение устройств - с оптимизированными издержками.

Yes, it works... Aside the fire, insulation and grounding hazards the minute you plug this in. Also half-wave rectifier, no filtering, on a tin bar heatsink... because WTF not!!! XD

Монтаж видео - огонь. Все видео делали одну модель, в итоге собрали другую. Пайка диода с оставленной соплей из припоя почти на весь диод - феерично. ОТК в конце - прямо песня. Так и не понял, а где у них в итоге первичная обмотка?
Такое чувство что это сварочник)но ни как не зарядка) там же ампераж лютый)))
Хотя если у них 110в в сети то тогда понятно)

@@user-qf1by6yk3u Ну, во первых, у тиристора 3 вывода (в таком корпусе один на резьбе, и два сверху а во вторых, там тиристору нечего делать и нет никаких цепей управления этим "тиристором". Это просто дешманский однополупериодный выпрямитель на диоде. Даже с диодным мостом не стали заморачиваться.
@@user-qf1by6yk3u Судя по названию видео - они делали зарядник для аккумулятором для грузовиков. Возможно еще и для нескольких последовательно (так как там кроме выбора тока еще и был выбор количества, предполагаю аккумуляторов)

Тут все "прекрасно" от намотки трансформатора с межслойной бумагой из газет и журналов. Ржавого трансформаторного железа набранного кое как, полного отсутствия клемм ибо зачем когда есть скрутка. Ну а сечение проводов вообще песня. КоеКакеры ... страшно аж жуть от такого производства.
У нас в электротехническом кружке школьники "шедевры" делают , при сравнении с этой "фабрикой"
Шихтовать магнитопровод пачками а не послойно друг за другом уже как бы намекает.
При том что железо на торцах ржавое и явно не обработано эт лаком.
Железо вроде не ржавое, преувеличиваешь!. И собрано не кое-как, а более-менее. Для транса таких размеров минимальные неточности в сборке - не критичны!. Это для маленьких нужна более лучшая подгонка. К сечению провода вообще вопросов не возникло. Ампер 10-15 брать с нее можно. (я так понимаю это вторичка моталась) .. А вот где первичка?!!!.. не догнал я . И куда исчез вольтметр 🙄

Отличный аппарат что бы сжечь накуй мастерскую😂 болт сечением с палец, а подводящий к нему провод да 6 квадратов нету, так еще и на скрутках все, проверка работоспособности аппарата вообще огонь!
Не боись. Предохранитель же есть! ))
В их мастерских гореть нечему.Всё каменное и чугунное (от прадедов) вокруг.Крыши по ходу то-же глинянные.

They are simple in its principle so i dont see any big risk for the money, but they could have some other things to do.
The heatsink (if it is) that its easy to make like that but i would get extrusion bars that would be thinner from china and cut them to size, whould be cheaper at the end.
The backlite junction in from its a great thing since ceramic takes heat easly, but GET SOME CRIMP TERMINALS, that was one of the things it hurted me the most.
The soldering was painfull, i know they dont have much between that and a cimped terminal... i would use terminals.
In the end, they are working like robots, maybe one or two guys in that production understands really what are they doing
They probably have the heat sink cast by a local foundry. Might be easier and cheaper for them than getting it from overseas.
MASSIVE chunk of stuff for a single wave rectifier @ 10amps. Gotta love the rusty metal.... I mean, it's "laminated" :)

I was impressed by the creation of windings, by hand. For the stator, and the board. So many people have no idea what is inside a battery.

Промышленность конечно развитая. Это похоже зарядка для всего начиная от мобильного и кончая электромобилем, также сварочный трансформатор и табуретка ... Выпрямитель на одном диоде это бомба. Корпуса им похоже привозят с дочернего предприятия из соседнего сарая ... Но как они все на карачках работают это же умудриться надо ...
In fact, you can see one rectifying diode, it means one-half rectification, but there are current regulating taps. Pulsation of the lead battery is perfectly tolerated. It's ok, congratulations 👌. There is also power in the simplicity of design 👌.
The pulsing current is somewhat good for maintaining the battery it helps prevent sulfating of the battery.

Здравствуйте думаю что наличие скамейки и стульев позволило бы работодателю догадаться что между стульями нужны механизм который бы переносил деталь,а после наматывал сам ,сверлил и собирал а люди только сидя на скамейке или стульях проверяли качество сборки и упаковывали в тару.но так как сами работники передвигаются то и работодателю очень сложно догадаться

The ammeter reads a maximum of 10 amps, so its large and heavy for only producing 10 amps. They are only using one rectifier, so it only half wave.
What do you expect from tansformator core made with so many air gaps and rusted plates? And one diode.

Half wave is effective in the battery charge
@@JesusFlores-xe3sq is effective, it is impulsive charging. But with one diode you loose every second half of sinus. If you use two diodes you use every half, double impulses and make process twice faster.
@@blazeykk using Two diodes or 4 diodes bridge rectifier and then using .using the condenser (high voltage and 200 mfd to 500 mfd will give a pure DC and a better and quality charging with low cost and better pricing as well .using 4 paper capacitor on each diode will be a feather in cap which will protect the diodes and thus circuit as well .

I wish they also weld the cores so as to reduce the eddy current which is a unique way used by Japan .welding the cores on each direction .

Эта вещь покупается на долгие годы. Это не ширпотреб. Если в скрутке больше 8 оборотов, она так же надёжна, как пайка, особенно в сухом климате Пакистана. Заметьте, катушки пропитаны лаком, витки не будут гудеть и перетираться. Железо будет гудеть страшно, но это не влияет на долговечность.

i was impressed with their work because using 4 diodes generate more heat even its full rectified and also damage coil fast this is widely used in india for past 50 years

Use a switching mode power supply sir, it low dissipation power, reduce equipment weight, more protection than the transformer and diode only. and it can control your battery charge
Most of the Indian auto mobiles( work shops) private users never want to use new methods.only old type they r using . It is power consuming and higher weight .They won't worry .old is success full .that's all they feel

Dont they have chairs in that part of the world? It must be a strain on the body to sit crouched on the floor all day while working. I guess thats why they have young school aged kids doing all the work. they can take the crouching positions all day. Too funny.

Да, да и да. Температурный контроль не нужен, огромный запас. Предохранитель есть и по входу и по выходу. За счёт рыхлого набора ржавым железом характеристика трансформатора скорее всего мягкая, даже кз на выходе не приведёт к возгоранию или выходу из строя. Конденсаторов нет, диод только один. Ток пульсирующий, но это как раз то, что нужно для автомобильных аккумуляторов.
Didn't you see the taps on the front panel? You connect the plug to suit the voltage you want.
@@loremipsum5759 the primary and secondary side of the transformer have multiple taps input voltage/output voltage. Still a lot of analog meters in use.
Input ac voltage is 220v in Pakistan where this is made output dc voltage is 14v (i think) and this charges 12v batteries and output ampare is selectable.

Why don't you laminate the cores by dipping them in Varnish? If I vaguely remember, cores without lamination will produce a lot of heat from Eddie current. Atleast that's what they used to teach us in Pre-meds some 30 years ago, things may have changed since.
Physics doesn't change. Eddy currents are from the size of the magnetic material. That's why they use the thin sheets, to reduce eddy current since they are very narrow. An eddy current is a bit like the vortex swirling around a drain. Reduce the width of the tub the drain is in and the eddy is greatly reduced.
It has nothing to do with the coating on the laminates. Why were you learning about magnetics in pre-med???
@@loremipsum5759 if you dont coat the laminates, they act as one solid bar and eddy currents (and losses) will be high... That's why thin sheets are used, the thinner, the better. For higher switching frequencies, no sheets are used but ferrite powder... But who cares about laminates when they only use one single diode as a rectifier?
@@loremipsum5759 It has everything to do with the coating of the laminates.. It is insulation between the sheets, so it does not act like one big lump of steel that has any currents running through it that heat it up and make it less efficient.

Why? There are many US guys, who can do this as DIY at high level of quality. But it doesn't needs, because it is more interesting to build an own PWM pulse-mode charger.

Daft comment, transformers were being made 100 years ago in the US, there's DIY's building far more complex stuff than this on RUclips. Can these guys build a lithium ion battery bank with balance charging BMS?
@rob harris, how in the fuck can you and other idiots always say this??? We have had the skills and technology in the US and UK for hundreds of years. This is exactly how things were done in the US 150 years ago. You don't see this kind of thing anymore, outside of DIY, because we've evolved and don't need to, but we still definitely have the skill. Belittling the labor and technology sector in the US is offensive and ignorant.
America can make these 10 times smaller and lighter using modern electronics.
And the wouldn't have to work on the floor. They use the latest in workplace technology, Tables and Chairs.

Now thats one heavy duty transformator,full analog,brutally crafted,this will not fail easly,no pesky circuit board that will fail,despite having a good transformator in the device like modern elektronics with the programmed failing period.
gotta love that 3rd world precision....Fred Flintstone would be envious....
