Mid-day harsh light advice is generally to find/make shade, no? Lucky break with the water. Fern my favorite - square crop works well. Did you use your tripod for the fern shot? My guess is that you did, or else you must have super steady hands for the gear you used.😊 Cheers!
Hi Daniel, last time we talked I lived in Peterborough, I use Canon and many different things to try and get good results, your work is the best I e ever witnessed. I have since moved to South America. Bolivia to be exact. We have mountain bike, my wife and I and soon cant wait to try my luck around here, there are many different wild life as I live near the Amazon., the scenery is also awesome with a mountain bike road called the road of death.... This video is wonderful..... ❤❤Thank you

Again, thanks for the comment. No I did not use a tripod for the fern shot. I was able to manage a fast enough shutter, speed with steady Haynes😉
