The flower like mushrooms in the end of the video are actually flowers. They are parasites and therefore lack green chlorofyll. We have a similar species in Scandinavia, Monotropa hypopitys, parasite on pines via mykorrhiza mushrooms.
6:50 i remember once i thought that some weirdo could be sneaking up on me. Then i realised, if you cannot see it you are it. So yeah, i am the weirdo out in the woods. At least that is what i tell myself when i am lying on the ground in compromising positions.
Very nice Daniel. Loved the little LED lights. What brand are they? Thank you for taking us into the world of macro. Merci beaucoup. Greetings from Norway 🙂
Enjoyed, liked and subscribed. I’m off out today here in Somerset UK on a fungi hunt, and thanks to seeing this I will pop some tin foil in my bag because I loved what you did at the end with the bokeh
This is gold . Tell me about the Nd filter . I want something that can use any type lenses . I need something like frame can put Nd filter for all lens thank you
Very cool and creative! Do you normally just pick focus points yourself for a focus stack? Or do you focus bracket? I'm having trouble with focus bracketing settings but taking just a few selective focus points seems very doable!
Amazing images. I just found you on Instagram. I expect your channel will grow based on the quality in the diverse background you have with Photography, best of luck. I look forward to your next photo shoot.
Stellar images, instructional content, capably presented without distracting hype, amiable host. Just subscribed.👍 Not satisfied with volunteer fly, Daniel “kidnaps” slug to model for him - nice😊. (Kidding.) At least our host was honest about posing the creature. Red frame glasses could be a channel “thing”.
Good job on the videos Daniel! Love to see your photos. I like that you are color grading your videos but they seem a bit oversatured to the point where it can be aggressive to the eyes. Nonetheless love your tips and creativity! I hope you get to monetize soon!
Great question Joel, To achieve a less compressed shot, I decided to experiment with my 28-70mm lens and ultimately settled on using it at 70mm for the last two shots. Given the circumstances, I didn't feel the need to switch to my macro lens as I was able to maintain focus effortlessly at this distance. I hope that clarifies things!👍🙂
For me, nature photography is what I see. I don't remove bits of twigs from a macro and disrespectfully capture animals to enhance photos. There is A.I. and painters, artists who can do that in their studios. I also don't trek through deep moss immortalizing my boot prints. With no disrespect but that's what I remember from your video.
So you go take pictures and you disturb the area around your subject, not to mention putting a slug on your subject... If everyone that takes pictures places things to their liking and disrupts nature we would have no nature. Take your pictures with your hands OFF!
Love seeing the creative process behind your photos! Learning a ton!
Thanks for the comment JP !😉✌️
Hello Daniel, glad I came across your channel, learning a lot
Thank you 🔥🙏
Thanks for your feedback, my friend. I’m happy you found something you like in what I do.🫶✌️😉
I liked the use of foil bits in the background for distant highlights. I'm going to copy that idea😎
You really appear to enjoy sharing your wisdom. Thank you for the video 🙂
🙏🙂
Great video Daniel! Who knew tin foil could create such a great bokeh affect! I LOVE the one with the slug! So cute!
😉❤️
Thank you for an English version Daniel … my wife was getting tired of translating!
Haha, pleasure!🙏😉

Any filter would do. Just need adapter rings for each lens!✌️😉

Thank you very much for your comment. It is much appreciated and yes red frame glasses could be a channel thing.😜✌️
Un francophone. Je m'inscris à ta chaîne.
Merci beaucoup!😉👍
congratulations Daniel you are an artist, what program do you use in post production? thanks
Lightroom 😉✌️

Did you use focus stacking?
Yes!😉✌️
Great video! I'm curious why you switched away from the macro lens?

salut Daniel. Superbes images!
Merci Jean!👍😉

Hi,
is this a circular or linear polariser?
Circular ✌️😉
Is this your profession or just a hobby?
Both😉✌️

Thanks for letting that out 😉
✌️
Why are so many RUclips photographers doing art to see videos lately
Probably because it’s the most underrated aspect of landscape photography😉. At least it is for me.
Thanks for your comments👍✌️
I subscribed... but not too direct
✌️😉
Buenas fotos pero demasiada manipulacion.
