    Thank you Lisa. Great to get back to basics and perfect moves learnt over the weeks with control.
    I can now do a quad stretch without losing my balance.

    Hi Dr. Lisa - I loved this workout and getting back to basics. I often find myself getting sloppy with my form. This was a great video to remind me how to do these movements safely and properly. I liked this one so much I went back to the beginning to repeat this workout it felt so good. Thank you for providing these videos especially for us folks who have limited access to knowledgeable clinicians. 🙏😊

    Thanks Lisa! I love the workout ❤. I have O. in my spine and hips. I enjoy 30ish minutes workouts that incorporate everything I need to keep moving and strengthening my bones. I appreciate all that you do here on RUclips ❤. Keep up the great work!!! Thanks again 🥰

    Wanted a day of rest, so did this. On one legged stand…better to increase time or difficulty…like closing eyes? Thx

      Master time first 30- 60 seconds, then add difficulty....eyes closed
