It's the battery. It doesn't provide enough voltage at cold starts for the amp to power up properly, and it's a sign of dying or depleted battery. Replace it or charge it up, and you'll be fine. Also, ask your dealer to grease up the shifter a bit :)

hey arty are you still around? How do you charge up the battery?
@@k.matthews1158 just got to a Oreilly's or auto zone and they'll charge it up for you keep in mind to fully charge it's gonna take like 8 to 10 hours
