I had a similar situation during my first SIV but fixed it by full-stalling and lost much less height. This is the perfect opportunity for the best use of a full-stall which is clearing the cravat.

It seems that the wing stalls when you try to remove the cravat. Is it because you have your hand too low in the opposite side? But it seems to me that you got out of that situation very well. What is the wing size?

Yeah I slowed down the wing a bit too much and it stalled. But in the end it helped me remove a part of the cravat. The size is a MS.

I should have tried more with the stabilo indeed.
