    Not bad! Awkward behavior compared to a normal paraglider. Despite that in my opinion it seems quite safe if the pilot has sufficient skills to manage that astonishing airspeed of that profile! 💪🏻 Nice job and thanks for sharing the experience!

    As much as Flare yells about your moustache will collapse in sever turbulence i think we are seeing that bad boy absolutely refuses to stay collapsed. Those narrow celled chambers are god's hand to the sport.

    I was surprised with the clean resolution on some of those cravats...they looked substantial, but came out with a pump and some pressure on the messy side...also, catching the surges seemed effortless. Can't wait to see one in the USA...

    Awesome! Seems pretty stable in deep stall. Would love to see a really clean helico on it. Funny behavior in dynamic stall, but it seems like it is fairly "kind" with those cravattes, like not as violent as I would have thought. Maybe just a good pilot 😁

    Thanks for this assessment! Full stall is stable but helico looks to be really hard. It appears you got better at that near the end of the video. Seriously considering this wing, well not for acro obviously (my skills haha) but everything else is choice. Would love to experience thermalling flat turns with no inside brake, that would be trippy!

    were you trying to do heli or just the way the wing was behaving when you were going into a stall?

      Yes I was trying to to heli. Stall behavior is really easy on this glider, especially deepstall :)

      This is a new concept of the raisers. Usually you brake with the hands and accelerate with the foot pedal. Here you don't use the pedal. You can accelerate as well as brake by hand. The guy in this video is stalling the glider on purpose in order to get a feel for it, uhm and it's fun to stall a glider.

  • @RamithaSilva
    @RamithaSilva 10 месяцев назад

    Hi everyone, I checked the Flare website and they said that this glider isn't suitable for thermaling. So do you guys recommend this for a beginner paraglider who is going to do mostly ridge/dune soaring? 🙂 and some downhil with skis on during the winter.

      Definitly not for beginners... it's super fast and requires accureted trainning... if you crash you can get serious injuries... Get a good instructor , fly safe, and have fun!

    some people didn't read the memo. The Moustache isn't a paraglider and if the rigging should be a real indication of that.
