Something funny you could do, is get like 10 sturmtigers per team, have them act as artillery batteries, and 8 or so more players actually do battle as per normal. I think that would be fun to experience. Just as like a side thing to a video.

Muffin, you can actually use a ruler, the mini map and a calculator to range targets, you just to know your rough spot of the target, ratio the shot by: x {/ note:this isn’t necessary for range finding}= rough ‘angle’ on sight / ‘range’ How this works is that for example, the rough ‘angle’ you found was 3, you go to the third noch aka 600ms, aim directly at the target If you are finding absolute range it would be ( x )^2 + ^2 = ^2
Good concept, but not sure about the execution. It'd be a very one-sided battle, as Katyushas would need a direct hit on the roof to kill the Sturmtiger, while the Sturmtigers shells could deal with the lightly armored Katyusha's trucks with mere splash damage.
A Sturmtiger with full ammo load is basicly a driving 5 ton bomb (do not forget the rocket propellant). I really do not understand how it does not even have a result similar to a 500kg bomb if it gets destroyed.
a chain ammo detonation on sturm tiger is possible but they would need to form a semi circle instead in theory the ammo detonation frags acts like "similar" 152mm HE rather than the actual shell caliber explodes(in my testing using m3-stuart as a target and using m18's solid shot AP it still kills the m18 when close, about 10 meters) and the center of explosion is the center mass of the vehicle that detonated not its ammorack the sturm's side armor is too thick to be affected my 152mm HE equivalent so in order for it to effect all of them should have ammo on the barrel and forming a semi circle to have a chance for its frags to hit the ammo directly, even then its just a theory

there is 14 rounds in tank with 135kg explosives each. So summary it is 1890kg of explosives. not very much but enough for chain explosion.

I mean a fully loaded sturm has the equivalent of a 2000lb bomb on board. That’s plenty enough to blow up anyone nearby thats not a heavy.
