C'mon Mitch, you've been around Celicas and 1ZZ/2ZZ engines enough to know that the 1ZZ is not a smaller motor. The reason the short rams are different is because the head and intake manifolds are different. Otherwise, both the 1ZZ and 2ZZ have the same displacement.
