Very good presentation again! You teaching is very clear and you have great energy. One piece of constructive feedback: Some students may struggle to read the writing as its a but faint on the whiteboard. You could either solve this using new pens (if thats the problem) or by increasing the saturation on the edit. Hope this helps! Overall great quality content though! 🔥
Ohhhh! That's helpful. The ringlight is also a culprit to be honest (it's super bright)... plus my video editing skills are non-existent but thank you - will try the saturation suggestion 😃
Nice video and very helpful for my son who is in grade 7 in IGCSE Can you please share some more details on on different topics on how to write creative writing
My teacher recommends that I talk about Source A and Source B in separate paragraphs: start with a Source A and in your second paragraph about Source B but keep referring back to Source A. I asked if it was also okay to do it in this format as well and they said that the only reason they recommend writing about them separately is to ensure that I go into enough depth and analysis about each source/quote. Any advice about this?
Personally, my teacher told me to do the opposite. Mainly because you could possibly run out of time and if you only end up analysing only one source you are basically guaranteed only half marks. Also, if you look at mark schemes for question 4 they show you a modal answer and in that they also compare both extracts in one paragraph rather than 2 seperate ones . Also it just makes your points more obvious and shows a much clearer comparison. But doing 2 seperate ones also works.
this is probably one of the most helpful youtube channels that I've found
Love that, thank you!
frrr

In lang p2 question 4 gcse can you analyse the quote with technique
Can you please do it on Blood brothers and dr Jekyll and mr Hyde too.A vid on all the quotes we must know and how to analyse it
Already did, just search for 'Blood brothers quotes first rate tutors' for example and you'll find them
Can you do this question for PETAL Paragraphs please?
how much should we be writing for this question?
about 3 well developed paragraph
does the 16 marker need an introduction and a conclusion?
If you can, an introduction and conclusion is ideal
@@FirstRateTutors Is it okay to write about the both source ,then also give 3 quotes of both source in 3 paragraphs each for them.
HOL UP HOL UP, if one was to do just this they would get full 16/16 marks?!??!
no u need like 3 paragraphs of this
Thx
Is this the whole answer or would this be one of a few paragraphs?
somewhere in the comments she says do like one of these for the 8 marker and 3+ of these for the 16 marker
Last English exam 😔
