@@CarlOutside Thanks Carl I will be heading the next weekend lets hope the weather gods are in our favour real stoked on doing some jigging! Great channel as always look forward to the next video! Thanks for the great info!
Nice first trip out and a bonus to boot! Make me eyeball my garaged boat a little harder, LoL. Definitely need the Canadian license this year as well! Just a short trip downriver from ya.
Good job Carl. I’m jealous!! I won’t be fishing until mid to late May, where I live. I might make it to Sarnia for a visit this summer. I’d gotta give Lake St Clair a go for small mouth and Muskie one day.
The worm is a Spear Tail worm form Anglers Choice, there is a link in the description to them. Great baits, and they are local. Check out the MinR too while you are at it, another great bait for the river!
Sorry you had a frustrating start to your day of fishing. It looks as though it was worth it in the end. Perseverance is everything. 😊 You had some nice catches. Peace and good fortune and good health to you and your family. All the best.
Nice job
Thank you! glad you enjoyed it
And by the way that was one-hundred-percent A coho nice catch
No black in the mouth spots over the whole tail not just the top half = 100% Rainbow
@@CarlOutside never seen a rainbow with chrome in the tail like that.
Damn that looks like fun, what a cool river!
Was fun to get out nice and early this year
Great trip, Thank You for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it
Hey Carl where is the best place to launch on the St Clair to go walleye jigging on Ontario side?
I like Sarnia Bay or Mooretown, just depends where the fish are

@@CarlOutside ohhhh im sorry bout that nice catch to all of em walleye are my favorite to eat
You thinking bottom or in the lower half or mid? Most people think the bottom but you don't always have to
They were pretty tight to the bottom this day

Thanks 👍 they are fun!
Carl could you please tell me where you launched your boat and also where you normally launch when its not iced in. Thank You
I usually launch at Sarnia Bay, but depending on what section of river I want to fish it could be, Corunna, Mooretown or MacDonald Park

Nice job bud. What rod make and model are you using Carl ??
Looks like the perfect action for vertical jigging. Thank you
I was using a 7ft Med Abu Garcia Veritas, I really like that rod!
