@@1Flyingfist tin whistles are fine. You'll get to practice breathing and finger agility. But they are diatonic so quite limited. You should move to the recorder soon enough.
Yes and she fingernails the thumb hole as opposed to pinching which is more common among the take-it-easy-on-myself types of performers. Yes it can be easier but never reach this clarity and accuracy. But of course Clara and clarity must go together :)
Absolutely perfect phrasing…such well chosen places to breath! Amazing fingers too, this is not easy on tenor and yet you make it seem effortless. Wonderful articulation. You are an inspiration.

There are pan flutes, concert flutes, baroque traverse flutes, different kinds of traditional flutes, recorders and whistles and so on. Anyway, they are all flutes.

I wish. I can't find the place where I practice enough to DO. But I certainly wish. Guess I'm somewhere where I want to fulfill the wish but I don't think it should require practice. But I am here; listening and trying. It's a low grade practicing maybe. My alternative is no trying at all. I'm glad I'm here. Trying to hit the notes. I should practice hitting the notes. The notes in my head are tremendous. I don't practice enough to hit them. Music in my head sounds good but I can't hit the notes outside. Practice is required but I don't practice. Just blow when drunk. I doubt Ms Ravn is familiar with the "wishing" approach I have. She worked. I admire what she is doing, wish I could find that dedication. Playing your soul to the best of your ability. Need to practice enough to get the whole soul.

Nice performance. I was looking how the high F sharp in bar 17 would be player, as it is difficult on the alto recorder (which is what I play) - but Clara plays the tenor!
same fingering as all other I've found the high notes are very clear and easier to get on the tenor than the alto..( it's the low notes that are harder on the tenor)
The recorder that she is playing is a voice flute in A=415 which is intermediate in size between the alto and tenor recorders. It is said to be close to the rage of the human voice.
Only tenor recorder players will understand how good this is.
