Yeah the controller's were off, but you have to admit that Sony pretty much hit it on the spot with this ad! First off the promote their new headset and all of it's new features! Plus they promote their upcoming games such as Killzone 3 and Gran Turismo 5 and even show off their Coke partnership!

Its funny watching this and remembering PS3 never had cross voice chat and people was dependant of in game voice chat to talk like this unlike the 360 where you had Xbox Live Party Chat

OMG i want this. I have like 4 bluetooth. One was a jabra, motorola etc.. and the best out of the 4 was the Sony Bluetooth.

I live in Spain and I'm anxious to get this headset but no official announcement from Sony so in Video-Game world that means either never, in 1 year or whenever people start asking for them in Europe which can take a year. :( I want them on September 6th here too!!!

Just like a headset, I also want to have for PS3, because I can talk and play with other players. So I think Bluetooth is not so bad to adjust for PS3 so I think to connect :).

I can see a few advertisements in this advertisement. The PS3 controller wasn't even turned on, and Black Ops doesn't have co-op campaign.
Only a person without a Playstation 3 wouldn't notice that.

@xGerbilzz Those are some flaws, but I actually think this is a great ad! It advertises two of their flagship games, Killzone 3 and Gran Turismo 5, shows their partnership status with Coca Cola, and shows some COD to get more people thinking PS3 is a more COD friendly console. And finally, it gives great information about the product. Xbox commercials just does a few one liners, lots of CGI to make a fancy commercial about a crap product to make it look good.

@joevictor53 The reason PS3 players get the map packs 1 month later is because Microsoft offered them tonnes of money to do that, and it will expire in 2012. I don't find the CoD series repetitive, i find each installment very refreshing and i still do sometimes play the old CoD games.

Same thing with the PS3 Headset, the only problem is you either have a laptop or a long ass usb plugin or whatever to charge the headset while using it.

@NWindfeldt the voice is still in the tv,however if you want it in your mic there is a new headset for the ps3 with 7.1 virtual surround sound
Hopefully this will be a better headset than the old one. The old one was THE WORST headset i've ever bought, was returned 2 days later lol. And hopefully the volume on this new one will be louder, cause last one was too low!
