They're 3 inch tyres. Cams are handy but not good for security when parked up. Make sure you have the cam pointing backwards to avoid snagging on a branch when offroad.

Q. Is the 28mph top speed electric only? Can you go faster if you pedal assist?
Thank you very much! The motor seem to shut off at 28 MPH. Technically you can pedal and push it beyond that limit but you might just spin out even on the highest gear. So, without the motor power, I was unable to push it beyond the 26-28 MPH even on a flat surface, doing downhill you can go much higher :)
You gonna have to be the most fit person on earth if you could pedal this faster than 28mph lol
Tried to order a replacement battery for the 500W C20 Pro and Engwe said they dont have any available. Do you know if it is possible to buy a replacement battery elsewhere?

you said it's 10 amp battery? in their website they have a 16 amp for the 500 watts motor or 19.5 amp for the 250 watts motor. Did you test a different bike or what is the issue?

Mine actually default came with the max speed enabled. I checked with Engwe and they said you can do that with the P-settings (holding + - at the same time). However, these ebike companies sometime sell specific versions depending on the country and you might not be able to hack it if you live in a region that doesn't allow anything pass level 2 speeds. Did you remove the video on the jetson pro where you showed how to install the new controller? You keepntalking about it yet it doesnt exist on your channel

How did you find out about the cruise control, I couldn't get a straight answer out of Engwe about being able to shut it off because it's turned on by default?
I pressed those buttons on my ride and it seem to toggle the cruise control on and off. Let me test this again for you to make sure I am not misquoting what Engwe told me. Thanks!
What’s the maximum speed it can go without motor support with just use of gears.
It's rather heavy so personally for me it's tough to cycle something this weight much above 10mph.
The engwe specs say 36v not 48v and 3 inch not 4 inch tyres.

It depends on a lot of factors but should do about 20-25 miles throttle only.
I'd rather have a 3" or 2.5" tire. My 20 x 4 tire has about 60 punctures that I fixed. The front tire has about 25. Tires need to be replaced by harder surface tires or your gonna be down a lot. 60 punctures in rear 25 in front.
does it have the CE certifikat?

No, it came already unlocked but I believe you can unlock it by going through the P-settings.
how do you lock this bike outside?
I normally recommend using a U-lock but I have used wire locks in the past and secured it to poles/bike racks. Thank you.
on my c20 in pro, I only do 16 km in full electric. how much are you?
That seems very low, you should report to Engwe. I would say you should at least get 25+ in full electric. Thanks.
The c20 I am getting is a 500w sustainable and a 850w peak does that mean mine would go faster? Also is yours the upgraded version or regular
Mine is the upgraded version. The motor power doesn't mean much in regular terrain, higher power motor helps with hill climb. This bike should give you 500W power all the time and 750W when you really need it. It has nothing to do with speed. Hope this helps!

@@fishinwithnik4385 You will have to check with Engwe on that. Their website shows 15MPH for mine but I got 25. So, I cannot confirm the non-upgraded version goes that fast but it does have much larger battery to make it last longer.
@@ShivaSapkota I’m getting mine from Amazon and it says it has 500w motor with 850w peak. On the engwe site that is the stats for the upgraded version . The regular c20 has a 250w motor so does this mean that the one I am getting is the upgraded version? Bc Amazon doesn’t say but it has the same stats as the upgraded version on the engwe site

It is impossible that the battery has 19.6mah capacity.
The one I tested only has 10AH, they do have another version that has 19.2AH larger battery. Thank you.
The 36V 250W version has a 36V 19.2AH battery, the 48V 500W version has a 48V 10AH battery.
is this e bike needs a registration just like a ordinary bike?
