Only small "crater" would just be where what remains of the propulsion section crash down. This one was likely a cluster payload, as the damage to the propulsion stage appears to be very minor, just crash damage from its "rough landing" into the ground. Had it been a HE warhead type, the damage to the propulsion stage would obviously be vastly greater, or completely blown to shrapnel. In addition to chemical agents, high explosive (and some Soviet nuclear) warheads - Scarab with cluster load make up a very large portion of all Scarab missiles manufactured including the Chinese copies. It is/was very attractive exactly because of the high death toll with only moderate material damage. They're kinda like the surface-to-surface, mobile ballistic missile, (slightly) "improved" generation version of cluster bombs. "Improved" as in fewer undetonated bomblets. You can google and find some outlet you trust, that did very early reports right after the strike, those have images from before and during the cleanup. Unfortunately most Ukrainians will refuse to submit to Russia especially after the brutality of this war. The more civilians that Russian forces kill the more aggressive Ukrainians will become.
