If you think about it, Russia is getting certain demographics killed intentionally by sending them to prison potentially, to force them into recruitment. So its like a cooperative effort at eugenics, this conflict.
As this war continues, it’ll take a massive toll on each country’s resources. “When logs need to be added to the fire, how many people would demolish their house for fuel. That’s what it means to be trapped in total war and stare into the darkness beyond.” ~Unknown
On the resources war front? Ukraine has less than Russia. And Ukraine is highly dependent on Western material and aid. A distinct lack in having air superiority over its own territory? Is unraveling any gains on the ground that Ukraine makes and making it easier to hit Ukraines' inner urban centers and industrial sites. The dependency on Western aid and the air superiority problem? Could end up costing Ukraine this war and its sovereignty, if not solidly addressed first the long haul. Also. The apparent tactic of turning every village and defensible piece of ground or structure into a Russian meat grinder mightve worked in the short term. But unless Ukraine can seriously make concrete moves to toss Puddins orcs out?? Like take vast tracts of ground and hold it indefinitely? This fight isn't going to save Ukraine.
@@ravenrise320 the thing is, russia has to use long ranged missile strikes to carry out those attacks... because they don't have stealth or air superiority. ukraine on the other hand, is getting external supplies of aircraft (that are actually more modern by comparison). so... we'll see how the air superiority goes, but honestly i think that will shift towards ukraine. ukrainian intel seems to be far better, so i think their aircraft will be better guarded overall (which you can see with just the airframe losses last year). hopefully with something more modern, they'll faire even better than this.
@D3nchanter If Ukraine can modernize her military and defense industrial infrastructure and become less dependent on foreign aid? You could have a point. But at present? Russia doesn't need to launch long range missiles in order to hit Ukrainian targets. It can launch air strikes either from Russia or its ally Belarus. The only thing keeping such bombardment on a back foot is the presence of Western supplied, modern, anti-aircraft assets. If those supplies dry up or become harder to get? Russia will increase its air assaults on Ukrainian territory and cities and have virtual uncontested air superiority over Ukraine. Ukraine actually needed more advanced aircraft like the American F-16 at the very start of this war. Modern armor like the Leopard or Abrams, less so. But what Ukraine needed, most of all were skilled tankers and pilots. Ukraine has constantly been on the ropes for military personnel who were trained to operate modern equipment. For many years after the fall of the Soviet Union, the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Ukraine, AND the idiotic signing over and removal of Ukraines nuclear stockpile. Ukraine has made blunder after blunder and suffered horribly from governmental corruption and stupidity. Not to mention a fair amount of Russian meddling in Ukrainien political and economic affairs as well. Even now, Ukraine still battles with governmental and military corruption. Which is NOT something a country ever wants to have to struggle with during an invasion or even a foreign war. So much remains to be seen about this war. IF the West begins to tire of supplying a war that's not being won by Ukraine? Which there are already rumbles of going on in the halls of the U.S. government? Then Ukraine is in major trouble.
@@ravenrise320I wish my country (US) had done much more much sooner, and all I can do is to continue lobbying for aid for Ukraine, and try to get people around me to refuse to vote for politicians who do not place this war as a high priority. I truly hope that my government stops playing politics on the graves of the dead, and actually gives Ukraine what it needs to win.

One thing that I like about these bi-weekly videos that you do is add some context and scope. I listen to daily reports of what's going on in the battlefield but it's a bit difficult to figure out what this means in the bigger picture. You're doing a good job on that part for sure.
Excellent recap of this year in the war. Thank you for continuing to cover this war. As so many other crises are popping up around the world, the fickle media often forgets about the Ukrainians still fighting off an invasion. As a long time lover of your historical work, I also now very much enjoy your work on current events. Thank you!!
Think about the advancements in "mine clearing systems" that will come about after this war. Its crazy to think of all the unexploded ordinance that will inevitably be lying around
As depressing as this war is I really respect your team for bringing us nice clear and objective coverage of the war so far. Look after yourselves guys.
While I enjoy your content and this seris helps me be up to date to recent development in the Ukraine war I am bit baffled as to why the ukraine human losses are never mentioned compared to the russian losses being kept up to date in every episode. Sure I understand that there is a lot of misinformation and both sides extravacate the others losses while probably down playing their own. Yet there should be some numbers that can be used as a general indication.
When there is a number that can be considered reliable, we state it. The last one we have seen was an anonymous source from Pentagon with 120k casualties. I think it was in August or September.
Cause this is BIASED, they never show the ukrainian losses, i love this channel but hate this series, they mention barely reliable numbers provided by the US and Ukraine about Russian losses but why can't they do it the other way too? Also it's not like im taking Russia's side, both countries have done horrible stuff even if "russia started it"
@@KingsandGenerals How is ths 300K plus casualities figure got from, from western sources yeh they so reliable at the start of the war they kept mentioning putin was ill and had a terminal condition. Kings and Generals use some basic common sense if 300K russian casualities then russia will be doing numerous conscription rounds, russia is not so that kinda tells you this figure is pure garbage. Kings and Generals do not pick a side just report on the situation as accurately as one can.
How Can Russia have 300k casualties? wouldn't that mean they lost every single soldier that has been sent into Ukraine? I've also yet to hear about the amount of Ukrainian casualties.
@RoKBottomStudios But if Russia had that many losses, that means their front line would've collapsed, and Ukraine could've taken back the land they lost.
@@dantezogratis2636 Russia has mobilized enough to replace them, that is why they have not collapsed. Russian losses are very likely higher as these are "safe" estimates. The closest figures we have on Ukraine is about 120k casualties from a US report back in September time. Probably less than half of that 120k are dead as Ukraine seems to look after and recover it's soldiers better.
Thank you for your efforts too cover this war. I must ask could you please add a scale to your map views, it is sometimes difficult to visualize the scale of operations without one. Thank you!

A superb review of the events of this year's conflict. Your continued coverage of this war is greatly appreciated. The Ukrainians are still battling off an invasion, but the media is so distracted by other problems that they often fail to cover this one. Even while I've always enjoyed your historical writings, I've recently come to like your take on current events as well. Much obliged.
The issue with casualties is that most of the time is reported by one side and that is Ukrainian Army. They tend to hype Russian casualties and then suspiciously hide their own. The fact of the matter is, don’t trust these numbers even when they come from the Russian side.
I LOVE these videos! Amazing work. The information and visuals are top notch. This is how it should be done.Thank u and keep up the great work.BTW- I’m 47 and these are the military videos I’ve been waiting for my whole life.BRAVO!
WW1 Vibes - Meat Grinder in every sense of the word. The Gallantry, Tenacity, resilience, and sheer determination of these Ukrainian men/soldiers is astounding. Fantastic breakdown 👌
That means there are definitely bigger loses than this video is trying to tell... it is impossible to have 100K+ KIA in two years after all those bloody battles and meat waves. It really can be around 300K KIA and milion WIA. We really do not know how many russians died in buchankas and in primitive field hospitals... and HIMARS strikes against big groups of russians in rear...
It is unlikely that any specific equipment sent by Japan will arrive in Ukraine. Rather, it will be used to backfill. Something similar is happening with China. No Chinese formal military hardware (so not counting the FPV drones) will arrive in Ukraine. Instead Chinese production is used to backfill North Korean contributions to Russia, which are only available because China is back filling them.

Poor Ukraine has not even been independent for 40 years. It seems like getting absorbed is a huge part of their history unfortunately :/ I hope to see this time, they not only win, but push into Russia. Maybe wishful, but it's what I'd like to see.
Keep dreaming, along with the psyop, probably CIA funded, that is KandG. Even the US government is telling Elensky (because Ukraine banned the letter "Z"), that Ukraine is going to have to settle for territorial concessions, meaning Russia's keeping what used to be Ukrainian territory, which used to be Russian.
Lol indeed, we do not have elections. We simply instal Putin or Medvedev each time. It would cost a fortune to run an actual election, so why waste money
I've been a follower of the events leading up to and throughout the start of the Campaign. This channel by way of monitoring the effects and affects of its attrition showing just how costly war is. Its metrics measured in more ways than the price of ammunition and armaments and the systems that have been a vital toolkit for adapting to the ever changing environment and how the evolution of warfare has always been acknowledged in this conflict. Although I personally believe a peaceful resolution can allow recovery from the war, the financial crisis makes it impossible to calculate how the region will rebuild after the war. There's so many different aspects that go into the logistics and planning even forwarding the defensive line has a cost that is calculated prior to executing the orders necessary. The price of War will compare to the price of Peace. Reconstruction efforts after the war undoubtedly will take generations of survivors and veterans both in order to heal the region of it's hostility amidst the scars left on the terrain, the people and the infrastructure needed to civilize the wartorn battlefields once the killing stops.
If Germany and France could recover from the far more brutal World Wars 1 and 2, then I don't think war recovery will be a real concern long-term. Many countries have already pledged to help rebuild the large Ukrainian cities after the war is over and there's 350 billion dollars of Russian frozen assets that is in limbo and can be worked out to be used to rebuild Ukraine. The biggest issues will be the massive minefields and unexploded ordnance that western Europe and Balkan countries like Bosnia are dealing with to this day.
As the technological advances allowed for thermal optics on drones to highlight the land mines to the advantage of close air support and pinpoint accuracy of the artillery that can still be used to dispose the defensive ordinance rendering them obsolete. Engineering equipment will have immense value in the rebuilding process. Tractors and Agricultural machinery are going to be in high demand and no different than the Soviets after WW2 in order to rebuild a lot after the scorched earth policies traded farming equipment and machinery to their Allies, helping those recovery efforts take place. It's important at least for both sides to not go extinct fighting this war, no one would be left behind to rebuild on either side..
@@anonymousanonymous31also the Money is frozen, ist's not sure it can be used for rebuilding. Because of many factors it is quite possible, that It will stay frozen but nothing else.

While watching this video I suddenly thought, wow i am watching this video like its a ww2 battle front. its so obscure, knowing that not far from where I live people are fighting a war.
One thing that has come through with news outlets like the NYT is that the quality of reporting on military matters is incredibly bad… But that is understandable as Ryan McBeth has pointed out. Let’s hope they will remedy this extreme shortcoming sooner rather than later!
That's an insane number of men that died for 60km2 of land gained over 12 months. How have the Russians become so docile to let their leaders sacrifice them for virtually nothing like that..
@@FIYOSyou can’t compare previous eras of warfare like that, drafts and mobilizations themselves are much smaller than they used to be, also squads companies, and battalions have all shrunk in size since ww1-ww2, for a modern first word nation to have 250k-300k loses in a war is worrisome, in 20 years of Iraq, the US lost less than 10K, Russia really is using ww1 manpower tactics in the modern era and it’s a bloodbath
@@FIYOS Yeah im talking about modern standards, 100 years ago you could easily get away with this but today with modern weapons and communication technology, everyone has a camera etc. you would expect the Russians to revolt as they seem to do every 30 years or so, but no, they just take it. "the results of which are already known" made me spit out my coffee all over the screen. I'll send you an invoice shortly. Excellent coverage as always.
With the figures for lost equipment at the end, what is counted as a drone? Because those numbers seem way too small. I watched a DW news video where they were in Ukraine talking to FPV drone pilots and they were saying they were going through thousands of drones per month. I’m sure Russia is similar.
That figure for lost Drones should be clarified. That probably refers to the more sophisticated, larger, more capable Drones, meant to be reused, and typically dedicated to surveillance tasks, or to be used as Weapons platforms. The FPV Drones often go on One Way Missions, where they are sacrificed in service of destroying a higher value target. Towards that end, they should be counted as expendable, Single-Use Munitions, not toted up as "lost" ( any more than we would deem an Artillery Shell or Bullet which has been fired at the Enemy, as some sort of "Combat Loss"!
Im not an expert in metallurgy, but I had some sort of dental braces as kid. When you want something to be flexible but strong as well. To put it in the classic sense: it should bend, but dont break. In my case, I foolishly tended to toy with the braces, causing metal fatigue and breaking it. As for the United States, they prefer Russia to bow, but not to break. A collapse of the Moscovite Empire might affect the eurasian region in drastic ways. Preventing escalation is not only to protect western nations - its also how to preserve stability in Russia. In the case of Germany its about a feeling of moral obligation, due to the horrific history of World War 2, in wich the nazi's inflicted (at least) 20 million dead Russians. For decades, Berlin had a natural tolerant and lenient posture towards Moscow and its interests. Other nations like France and the Netherlands had other motivations but eventually similar approaches in their policy towards the Russian, with the failed hope to smoothen tensions with diplomatic and economic ties. But this is well-known and hardly something new to mention. But how about military pressure? Lets get back to the comparison: please bend, but not break! But the possiblity of such depends on the materials: is it flexible enough to bow? So, how realistic is it for Putin and its clique to be convinced into rational and peace-loving actions, rather then nostaligic warfare and imperialism? Will Russia bend, without the need to break it? If you want peace, prepare for war. Putin and most dictatorial regimes have a more predator-like philosphy. Its not about choice or opportunism - its a core habit of their very nature of seeing things. When predators smell blood and weakness, they get a very narrow field of thinking and acting. They will push again and again. In my definition, there is a difference between a stalemate and a frozen conflict. The first can be factual on the battlefield, for shorter or longer time. The second is more about strive and motivations: its more a choice. In WW1, we saw years of stalemates. But mostly, both sides send all-in, a total war effort for nothing less but victory. Anyway, there is certainly a part of the western public and political spectre that considers some kind of frozen conflict the best possible. In a cynical way: give Ukraine enough support to survive and fend off Russia, but not enough to win and liberate their sovereign lands. Hoping for a cool-down of the war in due time, making Putin to reconsider his ambitions. Both sides are not willing to settle for real. I will focus on Russia. They sustained tremendous losses and the current strategic perspective will result in very meager gains. Stolen lands will not be recognized and with ‘Lake NATO’ and the new long border with this alliance is far from positive. This can undermine Putins political control over internal affairs. Regarding the predator-trait: Putin will continue to push and hit. He sees a lot of space for extra advantages. Besides, Russia is putting their economy on a war footing. While reluctant to mobilize more cannon fodder, most elements of the military-industrial complex have been revived and improvided: for a long-term war of attrition. Recently, I mentioned the dark scenario of Ukraine developing nuclear weapons, as desperate measure versus passive western allies. But experts also fear the possible escalation of the Russian expansion into the baltic states. It might not be realistic for Putin to pull that off and win - but his predator-instinct might take over, when the west shows weakness. Forget rational thinking. When sharks smell fish blood, they get in a feeding frenzy. History is littered with examples of conquerors who didnt know how or when to stop. How about the other consideration: weakening and neutralizing Russia, without destroying it? That might be an impossible dream. Either Russia will overcome the stress and roll into NATO territories with greater numbers, backed with total-war industry. Either, this will give Putin the illusion he can win, tempting him to exhaust whats left of Russia’s future. For a frozen conflict can also bring long-term damage to Russian stability - even when it doesnt result in a war with NATO. It means the Russian economy and society will be stressed for years to come, cannibalized for the glory of this 'special operation'. When all remaining fat has been scraped from the bottom, the nation might implode. Thus, in the end: a lenient western posture and a frozen conflict might backfire, hurting not only Europe and Ukraine, but also whats left of Russia. So, putting up a firm wall of steel and fire and a hard no towards Moscow, might not only save Ukraine and the European continent from destruction, but also might preserve Russian stability. So, the current road taken, might break Russia a lot worse. Instead, lets take the tough stand, the sooner and the faster, the better. While there is no silver bullet or risk-free choice, the lesser of two evils weighs a lot towards a stronger and defiant stand against Moscovite agression.

If I am not wrong in American Congress, the division and splitting of Russia was spoken more than once and it's easily understandable why. I am Def not sympathizing for the Russian side, as I know many of them, with an emphasis on the uneducated Russian class, do want this war. Out of curiosity how do you see the war ending? How do you see Russia after Putin?
Quite the opposite. During early WWII, Adolf & Tojo received tremendous positive results, causing both to go 'all in.' Whereas, Putin has seen fiasco after fiasco. He's also seen no economic benefits -- nothing like capturing entire nations 99% intact. Putin's claims WRT the West-as-a-threat are pure BS -- as is revealed by the West's tepid military response -- a trickle of junkyard gear. You should know, as the Press won't admit it, that most of the European military aid has proved to be in such shoddy condition that it all has to be re-manufactured. That's why you keep hearing about deliveries -- half-a-year later -- finally arriving for the battlefield. EG Leopard I tanks -- these largely came from units sold for scrap by Belgium. (!) EG Challenger II tanks -- most were actually SCRAPPED -- not even sent over for their spares value. (!) Kyiv only received a company. (14) EG Gepard AAA tanks -- these were so shot that every last one had to be re-manufactured. They are THAT old. EG Bradleys -- every last one sent is 30+ years old. How many civilian cars are 30+ years old -- especially off-road machines?
@@Riley-uy5pe again, unlikely. Every war is unique. Even WWI was only a trench war in the west. In the east and west Asia it was a very maneuver conflict. This one is like that because neither side can achieve the air supremacy.

Why shouldn't we consider that the S-300 destroyed the Flankers?
@@MM22966, I have heard that the S-300 missiles are running low but I don't know what this means relative to the Patriot munitions. The destruction of the Flankers may have only required 5-10 missiles. Dear kings and generals, if you insist on showing the dejure map borders, like showing occupied ukrainian territory as ukraines, no breakaways regions in georgia, moldova etc then please stop showing turkish occupied cyprus as its own seperate state. Thank you
Honestly you can't keep civilians happy in a state of war. So forced mobilization is a thing that needs to be done if you are running short on soldiers. Ukraine really doesn't have the time to baby modern people who are afraid. In war everyone is afraid. I actually don't understand why they haven't done it, but I do expect we will get mobilization orders done this year for Ukraine. If their goals are actually to get lands back, mobilization is their only choice.
What are the outcomes if Ukrainian government hires a PMC corporation from let's say USA that establishes the whole defense of interior ukraine with contracts hidden or public from US government thus allowing the movement of most Ukrainian military to the border. What would the outcome be?
The only way this happens is if a PMC group grows significantly in size and financials. We are talking a PMC group expanding recruitment, purchasing western tanks (old ones like M60s), drones, various aircraft, various naval ships (not necessarily warships)boosting logistics, etc I mean we are talking a full mini military on its own. That could potentially feasibly make a decent impact in the war. The thing is something of this scale would need to be supported by western governments at the very least the United States which would lead to further escalation as the Russian government would claim the PMC group was just a cover to get NATO troops on the ground.
Only way that makes a diff is if they are basically a small countries army…and i doesn’t think at would be good for the world. Honestly most PMC existence is a scourge on humanity. They get training and instead of serving their country they serve the dollar. It’s fine for security detail…but the fact that they get government contracts to operate in other countries to help fight in war - and are not subject to either local laws or our laws are complete and utter bullshit.
@@cmc2550 No, it is not an error. People are either not attentative or fail to understand what "closing in on" means. In simple speak: the third year of the war is about to start soon.
I can’t help but feel that nato and Russia screwed up with Ukraine in the middle. Russia has been terrible at every aspect of war(logistics, tactics, technology, corruption) while NATO screwed up at signaling (don’t think Russia would have invaded if they knew nato would provide a lot of support), giving only enough to stay in the fight but not enough to gain a long term advantage, and a lack of coherent strategy while advisors seem to treat Ukraine as nato lite forgetting all of natos strategy’s depend on air superiority. By the time this is over, Russias conventional force projection will be destroyed and Russia would be a client state of China. Ukraine will be devastated but might recover depending on what happens with peace terms (if they keep access to ports and what happens to Crimea and their massive untapped oil reserves). NATO will spend a lot of money in the war and reconstruction but learn how to build a war economy for a modern large scale war.
In advance the US did publicly warn Putin not to invade. But Putin believes the West is too weak and decadent to get involved. Finding out the hard way.
Im hoping Russia would rather become a client state of the EU. 75% of the Russian population live in the extreme west of Rus. And the EU is the worlds largest middle income market. We could still use their natural resources. And have a long successful history of doing so. Previously being their top trade partner. All Russians have to do, in exchange for some prosperity and sanity, is to change their attitudes and stop promoting lunatic strongmen.
I suspect that the fact that Russia will lose conventional force projection was a goal of NATO to begin with. The rate of attrition happening right now could not happen if Ukraine had the weapons it needed right away and was victorious right now. The cynical truth is that Russia has stopped being a (perceived) superpower, and it barely costs NATO anything, at the cost of many Ukrainian lives.
China has no interest controlling Russia. Why are people so obsessed with russia collapsing, or becoming a client state? Even in the current state, in the event of a NATO invasion of russia, they'd struggle. people do no tunderstand, different nations, ways of thinking and culture, and especially different warfare style for the two. Russia has experience in conventional warfare (Chechens, Georgia, Syria, Ukraine) and is usually a much more static warfare and west has anti-insurgency (Afghanistan, Iraq, various situations like in Sudan, Syria, Yemen). Russia will not collapse. Ukraine will probably not, but their govt is also pretty unpopular after wanting to mobilise a million troops, since they have far less population AND economy than russia. they arent able to afford this. theyre living off of bought time. when the war ends, everyone will want them to pay back their debt. they will never recover. Russia will also be indebted. the politics of this dont matter, its sad people even care about who "wins"; in a war noone can win because both sides have tens of thousands of people dying every month. This isnt political, or right/wrong, this is a tragedy.

As this war continues, it’ll take a massive toll on each country’s resources. “When logs need to be added to the fire, how many people would demolish their house for fuel. That’s what it means to be trapped in total war and stare into the darkness beyond.” ~Unknown
Russia if this continues will be desintegrated... because it is not a nation but an empire... when some subjugate other peoples.
@D3nchanter
If Ukraine can modernize her military and defense industrial infrastructure and become less dependent on foreign aid?

Yeah, large drones. Bayraktar, Orion and such.
While there is no silver bullet or risk-free choice, the lesser of two evils weighs a lot towards a stronger and defiant stand against Moscovite agression.
very well written

Quite the opposite. During early WWII, Adolf & Tojo received tremendous positive results, causing both to go 'all in.'
Whereas, Putin has seen fiasco after fiasco. He's also seen no economic benefits -- nothing like capturing entire nations 99% intact.
Putin's claims WRT the West-as-a-threat are pure BS -- as is revealed by the West's tepid military response -- a trickle of junkyard gear.

EG Bradleys -- every last one sent is 30+ years old. How many civilian cars are 30+ years old -- especially off-road machines?
no but it's an indicator of how future wars might play out. which if trench warfare is coming back, is grim
@@Riley-uy5pe again, unlikely. Every war is unique. Even WWI was only a trench war in the west. In the east and west Asia it was a very maneuver conflict. This one is like that because neither side can achieve the air supremacy.
that all depends on how much russia wants to antagonize NATO, (regardless of american fascist's plans to leave it), and whether russia decides to do something that forces a NATO intervention. biological or nuclear weapons, a large casualty incident in NATO territory, etc

Why do so many people assume that the Patriot was what destroyed the five Russian Flankers over the Christmas week? I understand that the S-300 doesn't have the missile defense capabilities of the Patriot but it is capable of destroyed aircraft at a similar range. Why shouldn't we consider that the S-300 destroyed the Flankers?
@@MM22966, I have heard that the S-300 missiles are running low but I don't know what this means relative to the Patriot munitions.
The destruction of the Flankers may have only required 5-10 missiles.
You bring up an interesting point about the Franken-SAMs, I thought that this was referring to the use of Sea Sparrow missiles with the BUK not the S-300. Are you aware of a similar program for the S-300?
There are more targets than can be destroyed by the Patriots. Some are too cheap for the Patriots to use their expensive missiles on. So, cheaper AA defence is always needed.

Good recap, I always watch it but no mention on ukranian attacks on civil population in Belgorod?
Russians had Grads in the center of Belhorod shelling Kharkiv.
The Ukrainian drones were going for military targets, but Russia - in their understandable haste to shoot down the drones - accidentally bombed their own town in the process. At least that's what Russia claimed, last I heard.
How are the russian people not pissed. Losing family members for nothing? When do they just refuse to go.
Because they expect it to happaned when they watch their child become a soldier
The thing about Russia army is that most of them are still the volunteer army and some prisoner, unlike the Ukraine witch forcefully conscript their population.....

Excellent reporting!!
I don't think it is possible. The war is at a scale no PMC can sustain.
Thanks for the update!

It’s only been 1.9 years so far.
@@cmc2550 No, it is not an error. People are either not attentative or fail to understand what "closing in on" means. In simple speak: the third year of the war is about to start soon.
It is said its closing in to it's 3rd year. Which means the second year is almost over. No mistake here.
Went fast for observers only. For us ukranians it is like a lifetime.
@@leonardblazevic9440 Tragedy? All the orcs could do is literally just to gtfo in ukraine, return their occupied lands and an assurance that they wont do it again. Thats literally it, i bet ukraine wouldnt even ask reperations from the orcs so long as they screw off.

It's so surreal that every day we are used to seeing catastrophic casualties of the Russian armed forces in Ukraine as if it's normal news by now.
Если бы эти потери были настолько серьезные то Украина давно бы вернула потерянные территории. С Российской стороны в Украине воюет 0,5% населения страны(700к/140кк).
