You are a godsend! After literally WEEKS of consistent fails, wasted sticker paper (luckily it was the cheaper stuff and not my expensive ones) and wasted hours and hours, was about to give up on print then cut. I watched literally 10 videos all saying the same crap that I’ve tried a million times. Just to find out that it was something weird and stupid that really needs to be patched. Thank you! A million times thank you! Such a goddess!
Y'know I still haven't used my cricut despite having it for years, but this'll definitely be a video I'll need when I do start using it. Thank you for sharing ✨
Olá tenho uma explore air 2 e ela está com problema no corte, está fazendo meio corte. Não já troquei lâmina, calibração. Aqui em Goiás não tem assistência. Poderia me ajudar
I did my images individually in procreate and in design space I used a square shape as the foundation. For some reason when all said and done some of my images are cut perfectly. some are way off by a lot or a little bit sometimes the edges jumps into another image. I print and cut after my first calibration since I haven’t used the machine for a month. Should I recalibrate once more?
Hi! Jamie....I am from a quite far country than yours. The comment seems assured and I hope you will reply to my query, too. I am new to Cricut. I bought Cricut explore 3. It is good but same problem: uneven cuts. My design space does not show the custom size for canvas. It shows only measurement change from imperial to metric. Kindly help😢 btw, I work with A4 only
Hi, thanks for your question! Have you tested using plain paper? Sometimes glossy paper can cause issues. Try with that first to make sure it’s the machine and not the material
Hello! my problem is that it wont' cut the images that I downloaded and uploaded on cricut design space and it won't cut properly. Already adjusted the paper size and still no luck
The only issue I’m having is when I remove the white space, the canvas seems to shrink down in size because it’s cutting out the excess blank space on each side. Is there a way for it to stop shrinking the canvas after removing the background?
There is a set dimension you can have your canvas to print stickers. I usually make my layout on procreate then upload the image is so don’t have the same issue, are you designing on Cricut design space?
It cuts plain paper properly but it cuts holographic paper in the WRONG spot. I added matte tape and I used a sharpie and I turned off the lights. I recalibrated too. Nothing works. What do I do?
when i resize my image in photoshop the quality isnt nearly as good anymore. and i resize it in photoshop, but when i upload it on cricut its smaller than the image in photoshop and i have to resize it in cricut again. its like a loop, do you have any idea what i can do?
You just resize the image but where is the print and cut calibration fix ???!!! I did what you say with the mat but that didn't fix the print and cut calibration problem Im using circut DS
Going to try this, I’ve tried Everything. It cuts perfectly when I load in from design space, but PNGs I get off Etsy, cuts way off. Ive wasted so much time and materials and I’m bout ready to cry from anger.

I’m so glad I was able to help you !! I wasted so many resources
FINALLY A SOLUTION THAT WORKS!!! Every other video i've watched just says the same old thing about calibration that never works... THANK YOU 👏👏👏
I need to know this but for draw and cut. Would you PLEASE show a solution for draw and cut not lining up on an explore air 3???
Y'know I still haven't used my cricut despite having it for years, but this'll definitely be a video I'll need when I do start using it. Thank you for sharing ✨
Thanks so much! It’s definitely a learning curve haha
Get that cricut out. It's actually fun ( sometimes still aggravating) to use. I did the same as you, but now I use it a whole lot more.
Great video, they came out beautifully.
Love the image “Best-Tea” that’s in your Cricuit Design Space, so cute!
Thanks so much! Hehe that’s my fave too
You know I needed this this video 😅 Going to try this for my baby shower stickers!
Ahah yes!! I have been hoping to post this for years lol, let me know how it goes!!
Nice, how do you aligh the printed sheet with the cutter so its cuts exactly?
There is a line on the horizontal and vertical of the sticky mat which you need to put on exactly otherwise it will not cut!

Yes sometimes it takes a few times to get it right! And glossy paper sometimes makes it cut funny
Is 15 wide by 19 cm high still valid or does it change every year
Still works for me! They added A4 as well as US letter so you may want to check on your cricut design space
Did you set the circuit to cut the white space around the sticker or does it automatically cut a little white space around the sticker?
I add that in on procreate but you can add an offset on the cricut program to do it

Where did you get the images from? If it’s cutting incorrectly and you’ve tried all the steps in the video, might need to call Cricut
Do we need to always flatten an image to have cricut cut?
Not always!
Thanked goodness I found your video! hehe Thank you so much! Finally able to do it right ;)
Aw yay! Soo glad
Question ? My stickers are cutting all the way through. How do I get it to just cut stickers without cutting all the way through
Hey, I use the paper setting for that! I have some videos explaining this too
I have used default or less, not more for the cut.
i will try it ... hope it work🥲
Hope it works for you!!
OH MY GOD IT FIXED IT THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes!!!! This made my day, so glad I could help you

@@JamieBinnion I’m using Canva, but with the dimensions you mentioned. However, it’s still shrinking when I upload it.

Hey I just replied to your email!

What are you saving your image as? May be that it is decreasing the size/ quality before uploading into cricut
New cricut machine not cutting vinyl all the way through. Does not give me options to change paper settings.
Is your machine the maker or explore? You should be able to turn the dial to custom cuts
i haven't tried it yet but the comments look promising! Hope this fixes it! Will come back with an update XD
My machine just keeps scanning but won't read. please help.
Have you been able to fix it?
Still my machine didnt cutting correctly with all these steps , i dont know why ?
You just resize the image but where is the print and cut calibration fix ???!!!
I did what you say with the mat but that didn't fix the print and cut calibration problem
Im using circut DS

I saw nothing about a fix, you just walked through how to cut stickers (which I already know.) What exactly is your “fix” when the cut is off?
My cricut is not cutting kiss cut. Can you help me please
Which machine do you have? For kisscut I use the paper setting on mine
First Tim using a Cricut and it cut completely off the material and backing board
It’s happened to me too! All with practice
