Love the video, my Cricut hasn’t been opened yet but I’m trying to learn some things before I attempt to open it.. if I wanted to make sticker sheets and not just single cut outs, what setting should I use? I saw that some put it on post it notes, but I see that our Cricut doesn’t have that option lol. I hope this made sense lol
Oh so exciting ! For sheets I use the paper setting for my explore, as it cuts through one layer but not the whole sheet!

Hi, I have my first cricut machine being delivered this week, I just wondered as I will be making a lot of personalised items, is there a particular vinyl that you would recommend for mugs etc that wouldn’t come off when washed? Your videos are so useful! TIA x
Kayleigh Gill Hi Kayleigh, thanks so much! There’s a few different types for mugs you can get - permanent or temporary vinyl! Certain brands will have specific recommendations and will let you know what they are best used for!

Thanks for the video on die-cut stickers, Jamie! I was wondering...how do you make kiss-cut stickers? What settings do you use to cut the paper so that only the sticky part cuts and the backing is uncut? Thanks in advance!
Hi! I know this is a little old but just in case you haven’t figured it out - she says cardstock setting = cuts through all the way. Paper setting = doesn’t cut all the way through / for sticker sheets. Hope that helps!

Thank you so much! This is actually a program on your computer called cricut design space (when you buy the machine, you can download the software)
thank you so much for you video! i recently ordered a machine and was wondering is vinyl a good product for stickers? is it peel off? or do you think i should use adhesive photo paper instead?
Oh yay! Both are great, the vinyl is usually an easier peel off than photo paper/ sticker paper but I personally use photo paper and it comes off well with a bit of alcohol wipe!

@@alexuscrowe if you scrub with with water it’ll get sticky again! I recommend the purple Mat it hold things down a lot better

If I make custom tumbler cups what setting do I use and what kind of paper? If I make a custom t-shirt what kind of paper do I need and for the setting? For stickers as well. I have so many questions! Thank you for your time.
Hey! So for tumblers you need vinyl and you can choose different types such as glitter or normal (permanent or temporary), you might need to play around with the settings but my other video shows how to get the settings perfect. For tshirts you’d need iron on vinyl and for stickers you can use sticker paper/ or adhesive photo paper or even printable vinyl

I’m going to get mine soon, but I was wondering for the stickers does it have to be on glossy paper? I don’t think my printer has that 😬😭
You can also use matte versions, I just prefer the effect of my glossy stickers!

You have to print the actual pictures with a normal printer and then the cricut can cut them on sticker paper

Yes sadly you can't print from the cricut machine!
What kind of paper or materials do I need to actually make the sticker?
I will be making a video on this next week, but I use adhesive photo paper which is double layered

It come with the fine point blade but you can buy others too depending on what you want to make !
I love this but how do you actually make stickers out of that?
If it’s printed on photo paper isn’t it just a cut out? (Sorry if silly question, I just got my machine and thought I had to be vinyl to make stickers)
Thank you! So it’s a special type of photo paper called adhesive photo paper where it has a backing! It makes it sticky and it’s water resistant too ☺️ But you can also use vinyl of course
